I went to the Auto Value store on W Auburn to get a low beam H11 bulb as well as the tail end to splice into the existing wires of my Saab (the connector to the bulb was fried). Originally wanted to head to the better known part stores but decided to try this one since it is very close to where I live. Great selection and better prices than the bigger, better known auto parts chains. There's a reason why you see so many Auto Value trucks stopped at automotive repair shops. The counter staff is always friendly and helpful. If you need a hard to find auto light bulb, for example, chances are they will have it in stock, and you can buy just one rather than a multi package that you will never need or won't be able to find if you do.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. I had an issue today and they drove out to meet me to help and didn't charge me extra.You dont expect service like this these days, I will forever buy my auto parts from this store.

LOVE this Auto parts store, they're extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I couldn't get my backpack blower to start & honestly do not know much about them. The man who helped me (I forgot to get his name) was awesome, he fixed it on the spot and recommended a great product to make life easier! I was not having the greatest day, and the backpack blower not working at a job was extremely inconvenient. I appreciate you helping me, THANK YOU!!
