“Awesome experience during something that is generally a headache. Lydia is a great office manager and communicates very well, they provide updates throughout the entire process and my repair was completed a bit ahead of schedule! The quality of repair is well done and not noticeable compared to the surrounding area, paint matches perfectly and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. They managed payment efficiently with my insurance provider, all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up shortly after, no hoops to jump through or waiting for reimbursement everything was streamlined and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future but if I do I’ll trust my body shop needs to the crew at car star Hamlin!”

“Having never been in an accident that required needing to have my car fixed, I had no idea what to do or expect. A Autopoint came recommended and my experience was fantastic. My car was restored to almost brand new condition and I had minimal interaction with the insurance adjuster because they handled it all. Very impressed with the quality of work and the attention/communication i received while it was being worked on. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that i was told ahead of time that there were no loaners available. I highly recommend them!”

“My experience here was top notch! Friendly & knowledgable, I have an old John Deere and was told by John Deere dealers that my starter is discontinued and no equivelant was available.
I took my starter in with the intent of getting it refurbished, turns out it was beyond repair. The staff here was happy to help and actually found me an exact match. The level of service & willingness to help was "old school" I will gladly recommend this company to anyone whom needs repair or replacement. They also sell batteries, cables, and I believe shifter cables, check out there website for confirmation.”

Originally wanted to head to the better known part stores but decided to try this one since it is very close to where I live. “I do my services here, I like this dealership, it is little bit far a way from me but I drive there for the good service they do. The service manager there, he is excellent.
Sorry to say that but this dealership is better than the Toyota corporate it self. I had very bad experience at Victory Toyota in canton when I bought my BZ4x. They are crooks and I dont advise anyone to buy from them. Toyota is the best car, but Toyota corporate in USA is the worst. Me , my family, my relatives my neighbors and my community decided not to buy Toyota any more because I been sold a used car as a new, The corporate didnt bother themselves to follow up about my complaint.”
“Don't ever take your Toyota here for service if it's an hour before closing time. For some reason, no technician is available and there are no loaner cars available. At least not for me (with my black self). No help whatsoever. Screw Fox Toyota.”
“Took my GTI in to Joe Swafford for some additional work. I had the intake valves walnut blasted (there was some carbon buildup, which is normal with direct injection cars) and I had the water pump replaced (it had been leaking.) The technician who worked on my car, Pawel, did a fantastic job and I can tell he's very experienced and meticulous with his work. Overall I couldn't be more pleased. The car is running like a million bucks. Special thanks to Katie and Dawn at VW North America for going above and beyond with a partial goodwill adjustment. I will continue to see Joe at Fox VW of Rochester Hills for all of my preventative maintenance and any other repairs.”

“I had a fantastic experience here with Adam Lukasik. Adam worked with me and was very respectful and honest with me. He was responsive via text and phone and gave me a fantastic deal. I wanted to be in a good new truck at an appropriate price and a good APR and he did all of that.
Also, when it was time to go in and buy the truck, I was there for less than 2 hours. They were waiting on me more than anything. Adam did a great job and I plan on buying from him again in the future. I felt very respected and him and his manager were very transparent.”
