I wasn't acknowledged until 15 minutes after walking in. Couldn't believe they only had one person working right before Christmas. After an hour of waiting, I left.

This was fantastic service! There were some issues that arose in the initial order and phones, but Michael at the Walton Blvd RH, MI location worked through everything with patience, hard work, efficiency and great mastery of the process and the steps that were required.He worked hard, not only to get the phones set up and swapped, but to make us as comfortable as possible. He also ensured that all the financial steps were complete and correct.It is good to know that we have capable and attentive assistance nearby should we have an issue or when we need additional devices or accessories.

Very unhappy with the service received by Anmar. I came in with my family and he seemed like a decent person over the phone, additionally this location is only 5 minutes away from our home...In person, Anmar is the complete opposite character- after telling him that I wanted the most economical plan for my phone while declining all the routine options that AT&T reps are supposed to initially present, this diminutive Himar adds me to the 'protect advantage plan', 'next up plan' and signs me up for the most expensive monthly plan- THANK goodness for AT&T customer service- they were able to reverse all the upcharges that Anmar tried to deceptively pathetically sneak onto my account.Anmar is not professional at all- he's sneaky and his primary goal is to upcharge your account behind the scene, apparently all for his own benefit- can't wait let AT&T corporate know about this shady tactics! SHAMEFUL ANMAR!!!REPONSE TO 'Owner' 12/11/23- thanks for the completely useless, cookie cutter response in regards to ANMAR's shady tactics, referencing a 'LEADERSHIP TEAM' (LOL!!!!). Based on other, multiple complaints from this particular location (WHICH is independently owned/operated) concerning other customers who have similarly discovered 'surprise', unrequested/approved UPCHARGES, I'm convinced that ANMAR and perhaps other reps. at YOUR store are INCENTIVISED to upcharge as many customers as possible WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT all for the glory of the almighty DOLLAR BILL.....I'm currently in communication with AT&T corporate to ensure that my complaint is followed up on (and in hopes of making others aware of the DISHONEST tactics exhibited by ANMAR and likely other reps. @ the Walnut location in Rochester Hills) as this is just is NOT good business practices/fair to unsuspecting customers......

They will rip you off and lie to you about your bill. The salesman added items on my bill that I did not agree to. I had my phone bill at $108, he quoted me an upgrade to $140. When I received the next bill, it was $272. I talked to a person at AT&T and got it down to $190 because the salesperson from the store had added insurance to my plan, that I never agreed to. I called to talk to the manager and gave my complaint. Guess what they did not call me back. What a surprise. My recommendation is to not go to this store.

Watch our for 'ANMAR S.'! Initially he seems nice/well spoken, but when you meet him in person (and later after he setups up your account) the horrid customer service and lack of professionalism will stick out like a sore thumb!For starters, the guy doesn't make eye contact, he likes to look at the counter most of the time as he focuses on how many additional services (that you blatantly and clearly DECLINE) he can add. Furthermore if you're setting up a trade in, don't be surprised if he doesn't even bother to set that up, as you'll see when you get charged a grand or more for a new phone!!! His main priority seems to make your visit as EXPENSIVE as possible while ensuring to repeat how many times a '5 star review is very important to him'I made sure to wait a good amount of time before even considering to review my experience with this shameless sales person and I'm glad a I did- as the weeks passed, I learned that the optional services/upgrades (that I had clearly declined repeatedly while in the store) were actually added on to my account WITHOUT my consent, trade in of old phone was NEVER setup, and I was put on the highest monthly plan possible!!! Oh, and after I had learned all of this I made sure to spend ample time in locating my aging AT&T text asking me to review my in store experience Anmar/Napoleon (he did NOT get his coveted 5 star review that he had been repeatedly begging for- in hindsight this pathetic commission/5 star review hungry hourly wager worked hard to earn the complete opposite rating! LOL).My husband and I won't be going back to this location ever again even though we spend ALOT of time spending money in Rochester Hills businesses when we're visiting Michigan from Colorado- thanks Anmar for giving this store a very bad name!

I don't know if all the employees at this location are like this (which would be a reflection of management/store ownership encouraging this type of SHADY business tactics), but ANMAR working there is enough to AVOID this store at all costs all together! My husband and I won't be going back to this location ever again even though we spend ALOT of time spending money in Rochester Hills businesses- thanks ANMAR for giving this store a very bad name!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store last week. Olivio, the employee who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and helpful. My mom and I went in to decide which phone we both wanted, and he patiently answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience on a busy day at the store (day of new phone release). The level of customer service we received from Olivio truly stood out. I highly recommend this AT&T location, thanks to Olivio and the excellent service we received.

I drove past 4 other Att locations to this store because of the service.They helped me fix a problem that they did not profit from at all. The store I purchased 6 phones from that is a mile from my home wouldn’t help.I would not be an Att customer without the people at this store.Thank you Ethan and Olivio.

Went to the store to upgrade my phones. I did not request any changes to my plan. When I got my next bill, my phone plan had been upgraded, insurance was added to my phones and there was another fee on each line for something called the Next Up plan - all done without my permission. When I called the store, I was told that these upgrades were normally added when you get a new device. There was also an additional one time charge of $35/line for an upgrade fee, which we were told would not be applied because we were on a Veteran's plan. I was eventually able to get AT&T to take off all the add-ons, but worry that this is happening to others on a daily basis.

The two guys were so helpful and I felt very taken care of. This was the BEST screen protector application I've ever had in my life. Finally, no dirt under my protector. I felt so happy. Thank you!

Anmar was a great help. He answered all our questions and set up our new phones. He was extremely helpful and a complete pleasure to work with. He also held a pleasant conversation with us while our phones were transferring data. Made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely come back to this store
