The night staff is wonderful. There’s this man and woman that worked on Saturday, when my moms dog was being boarded, and the extra mile the man took with our shy-guy really made me feel confident that he, and all dogs there, were truly getting the best possible care; even at night!

Management is terrible at this facility. It’s clear based on treatment of past and present staff that they are in this for the money.If I were able to leave no stars I would.

My dog always comes home tired. All American employees care for the dogs, making sure they are exercised and they keep them safe. There are some kennels that have cameras where you can log in and view your dog.

Rude people and I watched on the webcam not attentive to the pets for as much as you pay to have your dog there

Fantastic. They give you a link to watch your pet play with the other dogs. The staff was very accommodating. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.

During our dog Waylon’s first visit for daycare, I was keeping an eye on the web cam. I noticed Waylon was unsure of the inside play area floor surface. He was very nervous and wouldn’t leave his spot against the wall to walk on the floor. My heart hurt because he was alone and afraid. The tech noticed him and went over to him to make him feel comfortable. She kept a close eye on him tried to encourage him to walk around. After witnessing this I felt comfortable that he was in good hands and could concentrate on my work. I also like that the dogs get to play for a while then go back to their kennel to rest and eat then repeat the same schedule later. It’s not a free play all day. It’s a good mix. We’re boarding him for a couple nights over the next couple weeks to acclimate him for a longer board next month. I’ve lost sleep trying to find the right place to leave Waylon, so a thank you AAPRRH ???

We left our dogs while we traveled to Paris. I had such anxiety about traveling so far from them, but being able to see them at any time relieved our anxiety. Our dog's were well taken care of and they seemed to have a good time. We will continue boarding our dog's here in the future. ☺️

My dog, Lincoln, is a part of my family. You treat him like he's a part of your family and he loves coming to see you. It brings us great comfort knowing you take such great care of him. The last time we visited for daycare the caretaker was leaving for the day and she waited until Lincoln came out for one last goodbye. He loved it and so did I. Thanks for all you do for Lincoln and always going above and beyond.
