I loved this store today I bought a TV the guy was so kind he showed me the best deals and he was very understanding he was very helpful and walked me over to the wall brackets and he was so kind they have great deals and 5 stars

Got 4 chairs from here. Paid 150 for them to be delivered installed. Ordered over a week ago. One came severely damaged. Was promised a replacement Friday, then Saturday. Had to call. They lied and told me I refused delivery. Now supposedly Wednesday, we’ll see. And update accordingly if it gets delivered in tact

We spent a thousand some dollars on a washer a thousand some dollars on a dryer a thousand some dollars on a dishwasher but new vacuums then bought an $1,800 grill had the dryer now about 6 months and have been fighting for over 2 months to get it repaired even though we paid an extra $800 for warranties ABC Warehouse is trying to say it's all electroluxes problem and they say it's ABC warehouse's problem so nobody's fixing it I spoke with the manager Paul two days ago and he said he'd handle it and I've yet to hear back from him but we have no way to do any laundry at all and to be quite honest at this point after spending all this money on these I shouldn't have to go spend money at a laundromat I am absolutely appalled by the service that I am getting here I would highly recommend going other places if this is how they provide service to their customers who spend exponential amounts of money with them.Update now they cannot figure out who came to my house to diagnose the problem with my dryer it was just some random person I suppose rather than their auto appliance who seem like they don't know what's going on either which is the person that they are having fixed our dryer or supposedly fix it We are now up to you know more time without one and now they're wanting to wait another 2 weeks to come out and diagnose a problem that we already know what the problem is just to order the belt which is the only issue but it shouldn't be an issue after only having the dryer a couple months Paul is handling this as a manager but it's not being handled and nothing has been accomplished yet so I don't know how much managering is actually occurring at the moment maybe if other people see this it will stop them from having similar issues since $6,000 in the hole with this company and this is how we get treated

After delivery, they left the garbage!!! Will never buy from such a place anymore. Also spoke to the manager and he tried to tell me that this is normal and the sales person should have told me that this would happen!! What a joke!!!

Awesome deals and service provided on three separate occasions. The items that we needed were all available either in the store or delivered to our home. In fact, they were delivered when promised. And, the prices were awesome and appreciated. Kudos to Brendan and Paul.

I have to applaud Barry, store manager of Hawthorne, ABC Warehouses Rochester Hills.Barry has gone over and above customer service, with courtesy and patience taking care of our Appliance debacle.The great team he has under him, Brandon , Paul, Craig, David, Mohammed are exceptional fielding accurate messages, back-and-forth and displaying courteous telephone manners.They all model the same courteous customer service as Barry.Obviously, that’s a reflection of what a great team leader Barry is.Sincerely,Paulette Mancuso
