Very good communication and very polite. However, repairs weren't done to perfect satisfaction (incorrect paint matching, still minor damage etc. Also the car wasn't given back when it was promised. Minor damage to the car when I picked it up that wasn't there before. A dent the size of a golf ball was found on my passenger door where there was previously no damage. I'd call and address this with the business but honestly it's so minor and I can't afford to go without my vehicle for 4 days again. So I'll just leave this review. But other than that the front end is better than when it came there.

Lee Widener runs a very good shop. It's the second time the poor ranger has been there in a year and a half. And, it has looked beautiful both times. They're online estimation, their relationship with the insurance companies, and their general professionalism makes it painless to get your vehicle fixed here.

This is the best repair shop for quality fast service. The owner Mr. Lee gives the best personal service with call and text to keep you informed of your progress. I never had to wonder about the repair. They finished the job in half the time. All I can say is thank you so much. My truck looks better than it did when I bought it. Look at the pics. This is such a great shop! The people are really nice, they’ve owned it for years and years, and it was the easiest process. Estimate took a few minutes, they ordered the part and painted it prior to my repair, and the repair only took a few hours. I had my vehicle back the same day. Highly recommended.

Widener took my Tesla in for some non-insurance work. At first he thought it could be fixed one way, but through that discovery process, it was decided to go another way, which I was very happy with. He is super easy to work with, understands your issues, and the value for the work is unmatched. I’ll be telling everyone I know to go with Widener.

I was unlucky enough to be rear ended twice in the last year, but lucky to find Widener Collision. They got me in quickly for an estimate and repairs. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, and I had my car back much sooner than expected. Highly recommended!
