DO NOT come to this Walgreens unless you want to wait in line for 45 minutes. This is probably the worst Walgreens I've ever been too. They tried to have me swab my own nose for a covid test when that is their job

I don't want to give even one star. The pharmacy staff at Riverview store on fort street are the rudest girls. I was treated so rude I wrote the CEO a letter I have never been treated so bad. None should have a job. I would never go back.

Got out of the hospital and my scripts were sent here and a sign said no pharmacist closed on the pharmacy. You should have someone back there to send the scripts to different pharmacys

Do not under any circumstances visit the Riverview Michigan Walgreens. The store manager Devin was extremely rude and careless in ringing up the order causing a great deal of confusion. Find another drugstore.

Excellent service. Went toWalgreens , Riverview locationto use their " In-store kiosk " photo service. Thanks to staff,Mr. Devin Brock for your 1 -1assistance, so patience. Notonce did you appear annoyedall the times I had to ask for help. Now that I know howto use this service, I will haveall my photos developed here.The pictures are post cardbeautiful and the price wasreasonable. I shoped for otheritems. Walgreens continue toGreat merchandise, service and locations.

Received a covid vaccine and refilled 2 prescriptions in about 10 15 mins. The male tech is usually there and always quick and friendly, but so are the others I have dealt at this location.

Don't usually come here often because it is a ways from where I live, but the last two days the cashiers were very helpful, understanding and made me want to come back. Store is clean and stocked with sale items( very rare for some Walgreens). Today Brandon went above and beyond to help me with the issues that I was having during checkout and I appreciate him for that!

Went into the building at 9:53 and was rudely reminded that I had 7 minutes left to shop apon arrival wasn't given a normal greeting or anything. I went into the shop for something specific so when I found out they didn't have it I was heading towards the door. Me being the polite CUSTOMER SERVICE worker that I am told this woman who was already rude to me when I had arrived to 'have a good night!' to which I received no reply and a dirty look. It was a woman with short hair who wasn't wearing regular Walgreens employee clothes so it makes me wonder a person with such a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE could have a higher up position at walgreens when she can't even do basic customer service tasks like tell her customers to have a good night or not make them feel unwelcome regardless of how long they have to shop.

So I witnessed an absolutely amazing cashier named Rebecca today handle the most Karenest Karen I have ever encountered. (Wed June 9th, 2021 @ 8:20pm) Karen was yelling and insulting Rebecca over a simple refund thing. It was a simple fix but something was needed to complete the process. Karen demanded her not to take anybody else in line until she came back into the store. When she came back in the store she decided to carry on with the verbal abuse to Rebecca in front of everybody some more by asking her about her intelligence and pointing to her head like she didn't have any smarts. Rebecca kept her composure like it was nothing. She kept a smile on her face and held a polite tone and manner with Karen. Karen eventually ranted and raved her way out of the store right out into the parking lot. There was really no need for her to get so upset and since she said she would be contacting her manager, I just wanted to make sure that it was known that Rebecca was a rock star throughout the entire situation. We need more Rebecca's like the one that handled business today. Thank you for hiring such awesome people! ?

I can’t believe your cashiers talk to customers the way Amanda talked to me. I will be coming in to speak with a manager. I have no choice do to the errors on my receipt. Please teach them to have manners to the customers. I’ve been going here for years. Also when I shop they follow me around like going to steal. What happened to the older cashiers that always greeted us when we entered the door and were happy to be there. This girl was just wow. She must not need that job. Their pharmacy is also an absolute joke. I filled my prescriptions there for over 5 years just for them to tell me I couldn't fill my controls there anymore and would not give a reason. This place will lose a lot of business if they don’t fore some good people to run the place, because I know many people who have had bad experiences the last 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
