Alexandra the pharmacy manager is very kind and patient. In over 20 plus years of experiencing pharmacists and technicians, Riverview has the most polite staff.

Overall it’s a good pharmacy but prescriptions aren’t always ready when they say they are and that’s a bit annoying but the staff is usually pretty helpful

I don't want to give even one star. The pharmacy staff at Riverview store on fort street are the rudest girls. I was treated so rude I wrote the CEO a letter I have never been treated so bad. None should have a job. I would never go back.

TERRIBLE new pharmacy manager!! I Would not recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE. If the "Head pharmacist/Manager" "feels" uncomfortable filling a Rx, she don't fill it. It's HORRIBLE that a pharmacist has more control over your meds than you or your PCP!She has No idea about patients physical hx. TERRIBLE!!!!

Would never even given them 1 star, worst costumer service will be taking my scripts elsewhere very disappointed how they can do this with people medications, now it will end up costing me more money and time thanks walgreens you should be ashamed very ashamed!!

I had worst expirience having my flu shot today. Even though i have a 10'clock appointment. They were providing the services to people who showed up after me (walk in) and made me wait till 10 40 AM. name of my phamacist is Alex.

The staff were rude. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription even after they admitted that they had it. All because my driver's license said I lived a couple of towns over. It didn't matter when I told them that I had just moved here. After that service I don't care if my life is on the line I will never go back!
