Stated my package that I have been waiting for a week had been "attempted" to be delivered as I watch the mail man from my ring camera l walk up and only leave junk mail. It's Saturday after 5pm and now and I will have to wait until Monday to pick it up. Extremely annoyed !

Don’t try to mail a package on your lunch break. The entire post office is closed from 12-1:30 “for lunch.” For an hour and a half… during the time when most working customers would be able to come in… Makes no sense unless the goal is to not serve customers ??UPDATE: I returned to the post office on Monday to mail the same package (last comment was Friday) at 2:00, figuring I would be safe if they return from lunch at 1:30. Today their sign says “Closed for lunch until 2:30.” Absolutely ridiculous!

I have never met such unprofessional people in my life. Any time you go in there they look like you are bothering them. Any time you ask a question its like pulling teeth to get an answer. They really dont want to help you. No compassion whatsoever! Wish that i never have to deal with them in my life!

I've never had a problem with the folks at the Riverview office but the service counter has been closed. Note on the rollup door at the counter says to go to Southgate?
