If you could leave 0 stars I would. Dropped off a lawn mower here for a belt replacement and were told about 3 weeks to fix it. After 3 weeks, no call or anything, I went in to check the status. The mower had not been touched. I was told, maybe next week. Went in the following week, the mower still had not been touched. So, this business had my mower for 4 weeks, never touched it or did anything with it. Even after 4 weeks I was told, I am not promising you a timeline to fix this. Picked up the mower and left. Waste of time. Terrible customer service.

First time I called I was hung up on after eight or nine rings. Second time I called I was put on hold for a while only to find out that they won't work on my popular brand mower because they are not an authorized dealer. I live close to the business and love to support the local economy- but I won't waste my time with them anymore.

This is a horrible business. I dropped off 2 snowblowers to be repaired 10-13-22. Never received a phone call for a estimate of repairs. Called a month later to have a rude conversation. I was told he was off for 2 WEEKS per the man on the phone. I never did receive a phone call stating they there done. Its now November 23rd. Called today it was done. When I picked them up I talked to Brandon the mechanic. I told him i never received a call about an estimate. He said we don't do that here unless the customer asked for it. He said if you take your car to get fixed they don't call you with an estimate do they?!?! I said yes of course they do he stated where do you to get your car fixed?!?!. Clearly not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't care about the cost & how long it takes to fix your equipment.

Guy at the parts counter had a bad attitude from the minute I walked in. Showed him the part with the number And went off about How I should not come in without more information before I could even speak. I looked up the part on Amazon in 30 seconds

I will NEVER EVER return here again. Ordered a belt on a Tuesday needed it by Saturday, was told should be in by Friday if not Thursday. Friday comes along and I haven't heard anything. I called up there to ask if it had come in yet, now this is how they feel they can treat their customers. The response I got when I asked if the belt i ordered had come in yet was and I quote "did I call you?" in which I responded no, he then replied with a very rude tone of 'well, then it's not in". Now Saturday comes and goes, I ended up wasting my time and now money finding it at another place that had it. I go up first thing Monday morning and miraculously it was in a box behind the counter and the guy then rudely says no returns on special orders. So of course I spoke my thoughts returning his rudeness and will never return here again. For a place that relies on local support, you wouldn't expect them to treat the customers in such a manner. SAD...

Hi everyone I was referred to this terrible untrustworthy threw menards this was the worst decision I made taking my 2 snow blowers HereThey kept my blowers now for 6 months lying saying parts would be here in 2 weeks 6 whole months they say itThey also lied about replacing parts on my blowers over charging me I warn you downriver steer clear of these guys very very bad businessSo if menards referred this place to fix your equipment go elsewhere I warned you .They also lost parts to my blowers
