I went at 8:53pm today to pick up my medication. The pharmacist told me the medication wasn’t ready today. I was trying to explain that I called in the morning for a refill and was told to pick up it today. She again told me the refill will be ready tomorrow. I asked if i can have just one pill for today because I’m out of medication. She just rudely said, “No. Come tomorrow. We’re closing.” Time was 8:56pm. She didn’t say hello, sorry or good night. She was on her phone and ignored us when we pulled up. It was like she was determined to be as unhelpful as possible. I guess my presence 5’ before closing was annoying to her or something.

The worst rite aid. Won’t let my baby use the bathroom while he’s holding it jumping , “no public bathrooms” I mean get over yourself open the door ?? You’ve always had bathrooms since you’ve been open 500 years ago. Rude pharmacist too with the short brown hair. Make exceptions for toddlers learning to be potty trained. Rude

This store is outdated with its policies. This the only place that needs a receipt for a refund and can’t do it with your loyalty number or original form of payment. Then they will give you in store credit for the lowest price that has it for. Even days later.

Bathrooms are no longer public for customers. Was told to go get a key up front then was told that there are no public bathrooms. Ridiculous. They were just open last week. I work as home nurse practitioner and rely on safe bathrooms to go to throughout my day. Your store was convenient and safe. Bummed I have to find another one in the area.

I love the staff at this Rite aid. It is such a good group of ladies here. I am always greeted when I come in. I love that the store is always clean and organized, these ladies go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you especially to Candace and Renee for everything you do.

My bill was $12.15 give the rude girl at the register $20.00 she gives me back 8.00 immediately knew something didn't add up I asked how much was my purchase she said I don't know it's on the receipt and immediately went back to her book or crossword puzzle. Her personality couldn't have anything to do with her getting hired, but nowadays who knows.

Walked in with a smile on my face walked out with a major frown. I walked in to fill a prescription, being diabetic, had to urgently use the restroom. Asked the pharmacist , who acted like I really bothered her if she had a key, she told me " go up front and get it", so I went up front asked the cashier " Bonnie " for a key " and she told me I couldn't use it because they shut them down because of people going back there and stealing. " I told her I was diabetic and really needed to use it and she told me there was nothing she could do for me. This is ridiculous, and I am extremely upset. I will never be back to that store nor will I ever go to another Riteaid ever again. Poor customer service.

If you are in the mood to receive rude and snarky treatment, then this is the place. If you are a normal person who just wants to get a prescription filled, without the attitude treatment, then go elsewhere.
