If I could give 0 stars I would! They do not have your interest at heart at all! Safeco tried excessively charging us on both homeowners & auto insurance & as our agent they said that the amounts they were about to charge us was the best that was available. We never filed any claims except one glass claim both of us have very good driving records. And as far as homeowners goes we never filed any claims ever! We had also never allowed insurance lapse either & both of us have excellent credit scores! What’s funny is I was able to shop on my own to obtain a much better insurance for a whole lot less!
