“Bank manager JENNIFER BARTOS!!! She gets it done when it matters! A few years ago she saved my house!!! I was denied by the underwriters. She stayed after hours with me 3 days straight and was able to get me what I needed to save my home! I had 5 days until foreclosure she had me in the clear in 3. Now I couldn't get approved anywhere but miracle worker Jennifer got me in my dream car no problem. Can't thank her enough. She's the absolute best. Hopefully she can me the money I'm going to need when I lose my license in this thing lol”

“My favorite bank because of its easy ATM drive thru access. There are two drive up ATM's instead of just one like most banks. It keeps customers moving which means no waiting. I bank here several times a month and never had to wait for an ATM. I use the PNC app as well but come to this brick and mortar location for my onsite services.”

The majority of the staff at this branch are bilingual(Spanish) and they really do have an eye out for YOUR best interest. If you stop by you must go directly to the legend himself, Raymon Sanchez with his 10/10 service. He definitely went way above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with the service and overall experience with this credit union. They definitely have that small town home feel. They definitely dont see you like just another number on a sheet. “Not a member of this specific credit union, but a member of Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union. I've had to come to this branch and deposit money and checks in the past and it's always a nice experience. All of the tellers I've met here are kind and wonderful to work with. I had to deposit paychecks here when we had issues with direct deposit for a while and every time I would come and deposit through the drive thru or in person there was always one kind woman (I cannot remember her name) who would send out a couple suckers for my daughter.I've deposited at a few other PSCU branches and none of those experiences have ever been as nice as the ones I've had at the flat rock location.Thank you for always being great to those who visit.”
