I'm a little confused, called the facility in Riverview. A lady answer the phone and I asked for some information and she said "I don't do that " and hung up. Because of that I got a unit down fort street. If she is an employee, she cost you a rental.

I got a storage unit for about 6 months when I was finished I noticed rat dropping's in everything I had stored did not get my deposit back because I didn't give a ten day notice I was never told I had to give a ten day notice I had a lot of items missing when I informed them they have a one if there employees stealing they told me they would not watch the videos because it would take to long seriously that's what there there for I gave the man a number for someone to contact me who has higher authority than him it's been two months no one has ever contact me if I could give a 0 star I would this is terrible business if u like ur things stolen this is the place for you . I've never given a review but this is ridiculous

Stairs with no elevator. I have never seen 2 story storage without elevators no way for handicapped person to use upper levels

Well I the gentleman who helped me along w the process was very understand and nice ..... if Linda is ever to answer the phone hang up and wait for a better human to come along. What an absolute miserable soul. She is not worth anyone renting a unit here.

Update 9/14/16 So glad to change my review after hearing personally from the new owner. As we talked and I explained I had written this review in the heat of a bad moment while at my unit; things had looked so sad. Not knowing the former owner was responsible for the disrepair; I was pleased that the new one was concerned enough to call me and let me know all the wonderful new updates he has made. He is very excited about the facility and I wished him well. I give him 5 stars for the excitement and future plans. Very nice man. I have been a long time renter for personal storage and have also used this facility for business storage, at one time using 3 units. I like the environmentally controlled units which also had an irritatingly noisy pest control but it worked. Never had any critters. That was when it was under a different owner/management. Yesterday, we went to our storage unit to remove some items and just check in on things since we had not been there over the winter. I was very unhappy with the state of disrepair in the parking lot; one of the exterior doors was not locking properly giving me concern about security; no lights came on upon entry and only by accident discovered the lights are motion detectors... but only if you enter through a different door. In my opinion, the place looks like an abandoned property. No one is on site to talk to. I did call and speak to someone about security concerns and explain I found evidence of critter encroachment in my unit. While assured that someone would be dispatched to check things out, I was not very confident in any speedy solution. Probably will not keep my unit there and will not recommend this place to any friends unless there is major remedial action soon.

great experience as I needed a place right away and they got me set up and I had keys within 15 minutes. and the price was good for a 5 by 10 for only 50 dollars

I have been at the Riverview - A Place to Store for almost 10 years. I couldn't ask for better service. Whenever I had a question or concern the people there were always willing to take their time with me and work with me. I couldn't ask for a better place to have kept my precious items and I am extremely sad to be leaving them. I really liked the idea that my items were on a second floor and didn't have to worry about anyone going in and taking my items or my lock being broken. A great place to go if you need extra space for storage. If I ever need to go somewhere again, this will be my first choice.

I had to find a heated storage unit on very short notice. The staff was very helpful. I obtained a unit, made the arrangements and made the payments all from NY. Amazingly easy!. When I got there, the staff was waiting with the keys. The unit is very clean and secure. Overall, an outstanding experience. Well done.
