I have called about this problem several times. When new managers come on board it starts ALL OVER AGAIN. New carriers don’t follow guidelines. They toss your mail on the porch instead of putting in in the mail slot on the door inside the enclosed porch. I called and spoke to someone with a bad attitude who said her name was Paul. When I started she didn’t sound masculine she then said her last name was Paul, acting manager. I will have to contact headquarters, ONCE AGAIN, to try to resolve this issue. This is becoming tiresome. I can’t post doorbell video here because it used google photos.

The rude old black lady won't mail my package. Not because l didn't have package right. Just because she didn't feel like it.. Then why are you working if you don't want to work. That whole place needs to be closed.

Missing very important mail. Have informed delivery so I know what to expect, when to expect it. River Rouge Post Office refuses to answer their phone. I can understand why.

The worse post office. Mail from other residence is delivered to mine. Called to inquire why I haven’t had mail and to advise of getting others mail and was told rudely by ‘Ms. Harris’ mail is running normally and shouldn’t have any issues. I then asked how can I complain and she said I was complaining. I’ve filed a complaint with the post master general website and have had no response. They won’t take mail I place out for delivery, won’t deliver packages I scheduled via the website.

Worst post office ever!!! Front lady at the front desk does not care about anything that happens to your mail if you have a problem she will not help you she will just hang up on you and not answer the phone for the rest of the day so she won’t get into trouble by her manager..... They steal your mail I’ve had to buy 2 state IDs in the last 2 months because it magically disappeared and they won’t give it to me from their office that I have to wait till they deliver it to me which is bull why do I have to wait more than 2 months for an ID and on top of that but a new one and not recieve that one as well....they do not care if you don’t get your mail when they send you through email on what your going to recieve and what day it is normally supposed to be there that day if not a couple days later not months later or not at all.... I wanted to talk to a manager a supervisor or something and no one will answer the phone just because the lady at the front desk doesn’t want to hear my problems because it isn’t her mail so she doesn’t care!!!!!!

Im on 9th St off outer Dr and we get mail 1 time a week and I can see on my mail app that we have mail coming but it never gets here
