“Large parking lot with a pull up mail box at one end. No shortage of places to park here. The lobby is clean and they offer PO Boxes. As well as other merchandise to purchase. As well as the free boxes the PO offers. The lines can be long so be prepared to wait. The woman today was very business like in and out. She was quite fast. Employees here are hit and miss. Sometimes you get warm and friendly sometimes you don't. Have your packages prepared properly and your paperwork in order before you get in line, and it should move quickly. I would like to suggest a stamp machine in the lobby. For when you just want to buy a book or a roll and go.”
“I am only giving this location a 5 star because of Gary Hicks. Why is he the only employee ever working the counter ? This location has no staff except for this one employee. If your employees call off get the supervisor to help . I come into this location once a month with 100 certifies hold the line up out the door and no one ever comes to help. Gary is patient and kind all I can do is work along side with him while he services me and other customers. Give this man a raise he deserves it!”

“The last few months I’ve used this place to send out all my online orders and I’ve had a very pleasant time with them personally. I’ve maybe only had 1 package get side tracked in shipping so far out of 40 , but it still made it to its destination. And the employees are super kind and are willing to lend a hand if they see you need one.”

I walked in with a package to ship. I didn't have a box, tape or anything except a shipping label QR code. There was 1 person at the window and 2 working in the back. They got me a box and everything I needed with no attitude.
Since I was unprepared, I had to get in line 3 different times. Still went fast and smooth. However, there were some impatient customers who had attitudes.”
“VISITED THIS LOCATION, BECAUSE I NEEDED TO MAIL DOCUMENTS TO LAS VEGAS. I ALSO NEEDED AN ENVELOPE. GOT THE ENVELOPE AND GOT THE DOCUMENTS MAILED. THE WHOLE THING NEEDED TO BE WEIGHTED. MY DOCUMENTS ARE HEADED TO LAS VEGAS.”
“The staff is very helpful and appreciated by me every time I have things inside their scope. They are overworked and under recognized.That being said USPS as an entity should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I’ve only seen 2 people a lady I believe is the Post Master and one gentleman. Please get these people help and rehab the building!Again the workers are doing their best. If the front door is locked maybe they went on a rest room break. My every interaction with this team they are VERY helpful. Just be patient. If your experience push back. Just be gracious.I travel a lot and have PO Boxes in other states. Outside of South Dakota. These people the best I’ve come across.USPS your people deserve better work conditions. Leaky roofs so I’m sure mold is there.”

“Great customer service, but be very careful driving up the driveway just to get in the parking lot. The driveway just messed up my bumper. Best to park on the street if you don't have a truck, so you won't take a chance in ruining your vehicle.”
“I almost did not go to this post office based on reviews but I felt silly driving past it to go a couple miles away to another. I went in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised I've never seen three counter employees at a post office normally it's 1 maybe 2 at the most! There was no line but customers were there. When I got to the counter the employee was very helpful wasn't trying to scam me out of money and probably the nicest post office employee I've ever come across”
“After being on call with 800 USPS with no help. Called at this branch today @ 11:10 am. Spoke to lady named Linda about redelivery issue. She was quick and professional and quickly setup redelivery today. Received package within hours today. Thank you!!!”

“We Don't have the Biggest or Best Post Office here in Taylor but it's Clean, Got Friendly Employees (Most Days) Well Equipped, Lots of Parking, Hallmark Cards, Packing Supplies, Handicap Parking & Ramp. On the Down Side it's Wheel Chair Accessable to the Door Cause those Automatic Doors haven't worked since 85' I Believe.”
“I recently had difficulty with an international shipment. Tracking can be difficult with them at times. My package was missing for two days but the supervisor Ms.Jackson took down my information and ensured me they would try their hardest. Thankfully it was found! “I went to my near by post office. I had the most beautiful experience the clerk's number is 15 she was awesome she was very efficient she knew what she was doing and she had a beautiful attitude.
