Paid for a $10 wash. It sprayed soap on my car. Got an alert to pull forward which I did and then it didn't do anything. I pulled out and re entered the wash and nothing. Couldn't find anyone to get a refund.

Charged $10 for the $5 wash, washer took one lap for soap around the car, and one more to rinse it off, then the dryers didn’t even work.

I paid 7 for the auto wash then had to go clean it my self with the pressure washer because soap and car still had mud on it yet.

Gave this place too many opportunities just to disappoint me every time. In the past, it took my quarters. Today, I swipe two different credit cards for the automatic wash and it never prompt me to move forward or read my card.

Wish I could give them NO stars. My first and last time - their dog wash is horrible! It's clean but that's probably because everyone puts their money in but can't use it. $10 minimum for ice cold water and no water pressure. I would have had to waste another $10 just to get the soap off my dog. DO NOT give them your business!

We took our dogs to the pet wash, water was ice cold with barely any pressure. We quickly washed 1 dog since we had already started and chose not to put the other one through the experience. Will not be back.

The pet wash is clean enough, but for a second time, I came to wash my dog (I thought I would give it a second chance).The water pressure is horrible. I spent the first 2 minutes washing and the last 8 rinsing! I still didn't feel like I rinsed my dog well enough.The vacuum didn't work either. The blow dry hose (on high) didn't have much air coming outI don't think that I will give them a third chance.

Went here to use the petwash and the water pressure absolutely sucked. Took much longer than needed to give 2 dogs a bath

Dog wash wash drains plugged...Dog covered in suds and rinse didn't have enough pressure to rinse him off...No # to contact anybody and no way to get money back...If your not going to take care of the place sell it!!!
