It seems like all stores do this, but calling to see if a product is sold there and told no without them thinking or looking. Then just placed a pick up order for what I asked if they had and was told no they don't sell the product. ? Don't be lazy. Actually ask or go see if you have the product. NOTE TO SELF: Never depend on humans just go stright to the source and figure it out on your own. ?

This “tractor” supply store supports LBGTQ and other heinous activities. I would recommend that any farmers and Christians in this community refrain from using this establishment. Family Farm and Home doesn’t promote this liberal propaganda.

Sean, Frank and the entire staff at this store are fantastic! Great prices on most things. Just purchased a three point tiller and the process was flawless. Allowed me to pick up the next day. Good people all the way around.

Vet is never there, scheduled only Tuesday and Thursday and never there. This has been going on since November. Time to find another place to take my dog for her shots. This used to be an awesome location don't know what changed, but it is very disappointing

We are new to raising chickens so when we stopped in here to purchase some things to get started we had the most friendliest and helpful associate, Frank! He took his time with us explaining the “do’s and don’ts” with chickens and gave my kids a little chicken lesson too! We will certainly use this tractor supply for whatever we may need to purchase in the future!

Wound NOT recommend the Richmond location. I don't know if all customer services are bad but Richmond is definitely one of the worst. I had bought a 0 turn lawn mower a month ago for just under $4k. Called a couple weeks to Richmond location where I bought it and explained one of the tires had a slow leak after owning it just 2 weeks. Manager told me its under warranty and to bring it to Outdoor Equipment and they will take care of it. So brought tire in to Outdoor Equipment and they were like "well tires are kind of a grey area" and wasn't willing to fix it unless I paid $60. Brought tire to Richmond location and now changed it up to yeah tire is not under warranty and nothing they could do. I also bought a trailer for another $2k. After spending $6k you would think they would be more empathetic and willing to figure something out. Will no be back to this location if any at all.

Stopped in too look at a gun safe. Lucky for us Frank, the sales associate, helped us out. He pointed out a few different safes to us and was extremely knowledable and helpful in making our decision. I don't think I have encountered someone that was this friendly in a very long time. He made the whole process easy and painless. I will definitely return due to the great customer service we received.
