Ray was quick to respond, openly worked/communicated with me (best price and warranty combo I came across throughout my search), addressed all/any concerns I had before leaving the lot. I spent over a month looking at used Jeep Wranglers, this was vehicle was clearly attended to beautifully by its previous owners and he addressed any of the issues that needed to be fixed. Kim, the gal at the front, helped me through the paperwork signing, nervousness of a big purchase, and she is absolutely lovely. Great family feel. I feel confident I will be taken care of if anything arrises with my purchase.

The vehicle were great but he is asking at least double or triple the price of what they are worth. Buyer be aware please check out JD Power or Kelly Blue Book to see what they are worth before buying.

Deceptive people! My elderly neighbors wheel bearing went out pulling out of her house in downtown Richmond. Called shepherds and sent a tow truck right away. The tow bill alone ended up being almost $300 and convinced this senior citizen that her car was unrepairable and would call it even to forfeit the title for the bill. She did and it is currently for sale on Thor lots 3 weeks later for 6k. Totally immoral! Textbook scammers as a dealer.Service: Steering & suspension repair
