After going to 3 auto parts stores to help put a blinker light in we were unsuccessful because they said they could not do it because they said they would have to take the whole bumper off we went to O'Reilly's and Alan did it with no problem so I know what store I will be going to from now on I thank you so much Allen again for helping us out ?

This store is great! The store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I needed a transmission cooler for my 16 year old truck on a Friday afternoon. O'Reilly's was the only place able to get one next day. Best part, it comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Worker named Dylan helped me and my mom when our car battery flat lined. Was very helpful and offerd a charge pack to see if it was the battery or an alternators. Tganks Dylan your a good man.

Said they turned rotors, took them in and they told me they couldn't be turned, looked like they never touched them. Took them to my mechanic and he got them done.

Pretty disappointed. The staff didn't really know any more about my vehicle than I do. This was my 2nd trip to them because I had to return the parts from the day before because they were the wrong parts.

Employees very helpful and friendly. One day they replaced my blinker bulb for me. Another day helped with purchasing a new truck battery and carried it out to my vehicle.
