This is the best Kroger we've shopped. Sure, it's smaller. Sure, there's less options. But the store is always clean and neat, and the Click List experience is the best one we've had (compared to other locations, other stores like Meijer- terrible, and Shipt) they are fast, check expire dates, make good substitutions, and friendly. Great prices/sales too. And I can't forget about the discounted flower buckets! That's one of our favorite things about this store- no other places do that.

I am writing a review to praise a worker named Karen with whom I have had consistently above average interactions with. Having made my living in the hospitality/tourism/service industry a trained at 4 of the top ten hospitality organizations in the world, I rarely encounter individuals outside of major tourist markets that carry themselves with a disposition similar to the standards ingrained in me by those organizations. Karen has greeted me on a few occasions at self checkout and asked if I played soccer because I sometimes wear soccer related gear being a fan of an Italian team. Today at approximately 3pm, she helped me bag a few items between monitoring the other guests as well. What she doesn’t know is I’ve been dealing with a sports injury that made her small gesture of help really brighten my day. My casual appearance isn’t one that would show I need any help bagging small items. I am also used to being treated very, very differently when I am wearing a suit from work juxtaposed to when I am wearing gym clothes outside of work. For Karen to treat me so kindly despite my appearance in a small town like this has been a great experience I otherwise am not used to unless wearing a suit at work. My favorite part about this is she always balances efficiency and attentiveness to all other customers while throwing a few kind words my way. Keep up the great work Karen!

They are so understaffed it’s ridiculous. Lines like crazy on a Tuesday at 2:30pm? Already checked out, went to customer service to redeem my bottle return and customer service was closed so i asked where to go and the lady was rude and said “you’ll just have to get back in line and wait til i can check you out at a register”. I had been told i needed to do to customer service otherwise I’d have redeemed it when i was buying my groceries in the first place.

Meat counters were empty should have a note on the front door. I was told they lost power yesterday. Wondering if the frozen meals I purchased are any good????

I applied here. And was told if I passed the background check I had the job. I did not pass. I have a grand larceny charge under $200 . It is the only thing on my record , it was almost 2 decades ago . People arent perfect make mistakes . I haven't been in any trouble since.i could understand if I had a long rap sheet or if the charge involved retail or if it was a felony charge its not a misdemeanor, however it is the only charge . In this day and age of people not wanting to work and I'm willing ready and able! If I'm too much of a criminal to work at kroger then I'm too much of a criminal to shop there. I'll be going to meijer from now on !

They have always been very professional and helpful and they greet you with a pleasant attitude . Unlike some of the other pharmacies in our town that greet you like you're an interruption of their day.

Mercilessly bombarded with irrelevant (to me) telemarketing calls from cross country since they required a phone # to get employment info from listed website. This completely undermines the staff efforts inside of the store that they're trying to promote, and their corporate image. This will cause many to decline to shop at their location.
