I drive 40 minutes to use this pharmacy because they are polite, knowledgeable, and actually have the medication I need when I need it. Honestly the best pharmacy staff I have encountered in the last few months.

Amazing experience start to finish and will never get prescriptions anywhere else from now on. From my desperate phone call to have my meds transferred from Walgreens after multiple attempts to pick them up, to their quick processing time and compassion and understanding… it was hands down the easiest, smoothest, FASTEST I have ever gotten prescriptions filled. Thank you all so much for being wonderful when I was sick and frustrated.

Wow! The only reason you received more than one star is because I love your pharm tech who was an pharmacy instructor, AND you're quick and accurate when filling scripts.Had Deanna as the pharm tech...holy cow..I had 2 meds that were unavailable..I wasnt told this. Instead I went home called the physician's office and wasted their time. I also received a new medication..never prescribed to me, not a peep on how to take it ..side effects...a drug that states it can stop your breathing! Maybe I'm too harsh. ..she could be mute. If not, D could learn so much from your excellent pharm tech....

Some of the meds they sell here cost double what you would pay out of pocket at Gull Point Pharmacy right down the road. Gull Point $178Richland Village Drug Store $300If you are paying out of pocket because you don’t have insurance this review is important to you. This place is not supportive of the diabetic community.

Okay. Can I just say how great this pharmacy is?!?! Or maybe I had such atrocious service at a place down the road that I was desperate to change and anything was better? No, these guys are service oriented. Help their clients. Answer my questions. Fill my scripts in a timely manner. The other day I came out of an MD appointment at Bronson and called the pharmacy to see how long it would take to fill my scrip. She said oh, I am filling it right now. I mean, seriously. So 5 min later I am there picking up the scrip. Thank you pharmacy staff for making my life easier! I will recommend you to anyone around this area!

Located in the Harding’s store across from the Village Square you’ll get the fastest pickup times on your call-in or messaged orders. And a cheerful smile when you pick your order up. I just called in an order and almost before I ended the call my cell phone was beeping with a message that “Your Order is Ready for Pick-Up at Richland Village Drug.” In an age when mail prescription drug deliveries may be slowed by delays in the Postal Service, trust your health to the people that care at Richland Village Drug.
