I would highly recommend. The shipping label that was sent to me was very small. The kind lady that helped me had me email it to them and worked with it so it was legible. Then even unloaded the very heavy grill that I was returning.

I have used these guys for a few projects. (coats, t-shirts, and knit caps) Every time they have delivered a quality product on time. They are always friendly and have gone above and beyond sometimes to get my packages out. I mean they called the driver after I missed the drop off time and drove it to him to make sure I did not have to send extra money to overnight it. I guarantee the UPS or FedEx corporate stores will not do that for you. Support local businesses.

Do NOT ship FexEx - I was assured delivery would occur within two days, and five days later I just spoke w/a FedEx representative, and they don't even know which HUB the package is at! Choose another carrier.

Don't know why this is coming up as a UPS shipping point. They haven't done UPS in at least a year. FedEx and USPS only and, with the PO right down the street, unless you need packing, no point. The woman who works there is very helpful and friendly. The man is surly and won't lift a finger to help you. I live about a mile away and I drive to the UPS Store at the corner of Gull and Sprinkle where I always get outstanding AND friendly, service.

This place has a very rude owner. He doesn't listen. He cuts you off mid-sentence and runs his mouth. It is almost impossible to understand what he says.

HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. After purchasing my shirts, I left them for a three word print. Paid in full, it took 2weeks and a phone call to get a "Proof" email on the way. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I asked for a script print. ANYTHING LEGIBLE AND CURSIVE. What I got back as a "Proof" was not even close. I simplified the request and still never got finished. I am now going in to pick up my unfinished shirts after John, Senior Sales Rep blamed me and "a ton of school events" taking up time. Simply unprofessional. The request was simple and after all of the waiting and patience allowed I will never do business there again.

Richland is lucky to have a great company like Mailing and More available as a community resource. I have used them for large orders and single hats. John has always done what he can to make everything work out. In a time of limited customer service and an emphasis on purchasing everything on the internet, Mailing and More is a throwback to building and growing through using local business. Competitive pricing, very friendly service, and the understanding of community is why Mailing and More is successful.

can you give zero stars? this guy is a supreme colossal (insert favorite word). i work in interior design and have handled all shipping and deliveries for 10 years, i have never dealt with anyone so arrogant, and obnoxious, AND I WORK IN NEW YORK. i told my vendor that i would pay any shipping charges he wants to NOT use Mailing and More ever again. good riddance, whatever you do, do not use this person, if there is a problem he will not resolve it without a battle.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Great Pricing, timely, friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have ordered from this business a number of times over the past few years and the quality and services are always top notch! They have done custom shirt order including designing the logo based on suggestions and ideas we provided. My family has had some of the products for 2 yeas and they still wear and look like new, even after weekly washing's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thought I would give them a try, preparing for the holiday. Worst customer experience possible and it was the owner who waited on me. For a small business, good customer service is crucial, or maybe this is a hobby and they don't need the business. Don't waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being treated badly.

If we could give zero stars we would, worst customer service ever, sent our packages to the wrong address and we lost hundreds of dollars in merchandise, were not willing to give us anything back for their screw up, do not use this company for you ship needs, completely suck.

I have never had any problems with their shipping services. The line is so much shorter than the post office. They will compare prices and get you the best deal.

Went in for a price quote to ship a bunch of stuff to my cousin. Was quoted a price almost triple what either the post office or fedex site claimed it would cost, employee claimed they were quoting directly from the website. I cannot comment for their other services like packing or shirts, but for shipping this place is outrageously expensive.
