Don't waste your time with this salon, I had an appointment with Carly today and she just didn't show up. Called and texted her cell, no response. Other stylists just passed it off to the Owner, who couldn't reach her either. No one even offered to cut my hair,even if they couldn't color it due to time. Carly has done this at a different salon she worked out before this place. Very unprofessional.

If you think to waste your time going to this salon, try another. Had an appointment with Carly today and she just didn't bother to show up. Not the first time this has happened with her, she did this crap when she worked at Changes Salon and blamed it on their appt system. Very unprofessional, she didn't respond to my text or the cell call to her from both myself and the owner. So don't waste your time - it's not worth it; there are plenty of good stylists in Kalamazoo and Richland. No one at the Salon offered to cut my hair to cover for her either or do anything other than to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and pass the problem off. Not impressed. I found a new stylist on my way home, so problem solved!!!

Karlie is amazing and made me feel right at home. Did a great job toning my hair down, took time to straighten it, and make this momma feel like her again! Will be coming back!

I had an appointment today for the first time here with Karlie today. She was amazing! she listened to what I wanted and nailed it! Very friendly and personable. I highly recommend her and her work. Salon was clean and a fun atmosphere.

Walk-ins NOT WELCOME. 3 stylists that I saw as walking in and 1 client but too booked to do a quick 5 min men's haircut........ Open sign not on either which says enough......
