It was okay. There was a band the night we went. VERY LOUD had to sit on the deck to be able to talk with party. Drinks took a while to come out food was okay as well nothing special tho. I think kind of on the more pricey side but that is my opinion

After looking online and at other dealers I am so happy I came to Richland Gull Lake Marine to purchase my Hobie Outback kayak. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions about what fishing kayak to purchase. All the staff were friendly. I will be back for all the necessary accessories for my kayak and will highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a kayak. ? ? ?

A spur of the moment decision to rent a pontoon, led to an AMAZING DAY on the water. We rented through John who was incredibly kind and helpful, and the staff upon our return were great too.Life is better on the water.

The guys at gull lake marine in richland are the best. From day one they answered every question I had and went above and beyond for every single thing. Brandon, Tony and Trevor. These guys really were amazing. The sale went super quick and about the easiest process ever. They delivered my boat with in days of purchasing. Freshly detailed, gully fueled and ready to rip. I'd hands down recommend these guys and this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys!

The lake itself is one of the biggest around but there's not very many access points unless you pay for it there's a couple parks and then you have to pay to go on those parks to get an access to the lake.

I was looking to buy a new crest tritoon in a very high-end model from the store. I was working with Darren who said he would look into finding a demo with crest. Darren stopped communication and stopped responding. Disappointed as the boat I was trying to demo was over 100,000. Not the service you would expect for a potential customer. I can’t imagine how the after sales experience would be. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new boat.

There is more than 1 location, and depending on what you are looking for it can get confusing. I went initially to the location on the bay of Gull Lake and was told the oil I was looking for was up the road. Then when I go the other location there were multiple buildings. Everyone was super helpful and nice, just wish there was a sign by the road to point out a main entrance and parking. Or perhaps a larger sign for the main building.

Wasted almost a year and a half trying to have a repower done. Got lied to constantly and went through 3 employee change overs. We finally got our boat back it was filthy and is now full of mold and mildew. Honestly worst customer service experience of my life. This is also an extremely simplified version of what we went through, I could write an essay on what we dealt with. Worst of all, they seemed completely uninterested in doing anything to to make it right.
