Fairly new to this office but staff seems knowledgeable and polite. the 100% markup on apoquel is outrageous considering everywhere else I have ever had the prescription filled was on trend with the market price of around $2/pill. Lesson learned on my end.

in my week and some change as employee I can absolutely recommend the clinic but absolutely do not board here or do "daycare" you dog will sit in a kennel 90% of the day (yes, even as daycare) your boarding cats will be seen once a day.

Gull lake animal hospital is undoubtedly the best Vet in the state. We have been with them for years now and they have done miracles with our pet.

Was my new vet and I liked it there. Unfortunately they have instituted a policy of requiring new clients call and provide a credit card over the phone to confirm an appointment. While I understand that no shows cost them money I think requiring a deposit is wise there is NO legitimate excuse for not providing a secure pay portal on their appointment page. It is a simple matter of adding a link to a pay portal (they said their software does not allow for the addition of a pay portal ON their page....I used to design web pages and 1) I've never heard of a commercial site that cannot put in the portal but, ok, if they can't 2) they CAN put in links so just link to PayPal or other pay portal. I hope this new policy doesn't come back to bite them (no pun intended) as a wise person will not be giving ANYONE their credit card info in an unsecured manner and over the phone is about as unsecure as you can get.

My 3 dogs actually get excited when we pull in. Dr Kathy is great along with the rest of the staff. Front desk staff are always friendly. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kathy never rushes me and takes time to listen about what is going on with my furbabies.

Today I had my first visit to GLAH for my fur baby and I was so impressed and relieved to have such a great experience! I came from a not-so-nice clinic that made me feel horrible about myself when it came to health concerns with my dog and all of the staff at GLAH made me feel so welcomed and assured me that they will help educate me on things and get a treatment plan going for my baby. I am so glad to finally find a great place to take my boy! They were also so amazing with him being so timid and scared. Dr. Kathy spent a good amount of time just trying to get him to warm up and spend time with him.

My dogs needed vaccinations and their annual heart worm and parasite screening. The staff at GLAH has a very well thought out process for serving their clients during the current COVID-19 outbreak. I felt that the safety of everyone involved was well protected. Good job to the techs, front desk staff and the vets! Now I have one less thing to be concerned about. I know that my dogs are healthy and will stay that way!
