Bawa Storage is great! Gated, clean, and safe as cameras watch the property. We recently moved from a small storage unit to a 10 x 10 and the owners allowed us a day to move everything over. The owners are very friendly and we couldn’t be happier choosing Bawa for our storage needs.

Highly recommended!! The owners are wonderful and kind. The units and grounds are clean with easy access. Insurance is cheap with great coverage. Great security so I know my stuff is safe. Thank you Bawa Storage!!!

Ridiculous late fees. Just received an email saying that late fees will now be $20 or %20 of what your rent is, whichever is GREATER. And that the grace period is now 2 days instead of 5. It’s nice that they just change this on a whimThey also have hidden fees like $9 insurance added to every month. But nowhere does it say that insurance is a requirement until AFTER you sign, and payEvery time I call they sound bored and annoyed and aren’t very helpfulIt’s also pretty dark there. It’s winter months so good luck if you go there after five bec you won’t be able to see anything without a flash light in any of the smaller units

Owner of the Facility was great to work with, Units were very clean and easy to move into. Security Walks to ensure units are secure, would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

By far the cleanest and most secure Mini Storage in the area. The Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Pricing is fair and the property is brand new.

Unreasonable, outrageous, exuberant late fees (after 7 days) that amount to double your rental fee. Impossible to get caught up. Owner is unwilling to work out adjusted payment plan. Very shoddy, questionable business practices.
