“We had a great experience at the member center located in downtown Kalamazoo. I came into the center with my toddler to simply make a deposit. I inquired about opening up another account and Wesley quickly came to the rescue. Within about 10-20min, he opened a new account, converted an old savings account into a money market account, and open a CD for me. Oh, they also matched the rate on the CD. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. Additional, Jake played football with my son, offered him snacks, and access to the white board, while Wesley got me all squared away. My son and I left the member center feeling like more than just a customer. Thanks, Wesley and Jake!!”

“PNC is the bank my work deposits with. . When I go into this specific loacatio, Emily is always ready with a smile and a nice greeting. She always remembers just how we like our paperwork and change, and even asks how my family is doing while she does the deposit. Very professional and very sweet. There is a location closer to my work, but because this location has Emily, I always go the extra bit to brighten my day.”
