I volunteer to put shingles on the owners house. I was the only one there to do flashing because of my experience. Do I get any discounts. No. Scratch my back and go away basically. Then sell me a brand of Lucas for twenty years they one day he blows up on me because it's a old formula and buy this kind he says. So why have you sold me the wrong stuff for 20 years just to yell at me. I'm very forgiving but I'm not taking much of that behavior even if I must go to another town. For the most part they have what you need or have it by morning.

This past weekend while up visiting family one of my ignition coils failed. Being an older car and foreign on the weekend it was very difficult to find the parts I needed in stock. Mechanics included. The team here was extremely compassionate, helpful, and ultimately got me the parts I needed overnight and they were right on the counter 1st thing when they opened at 8 am. The team here is incredible and thanks to them I was able to repair my 2005 Volvo xc90 myself and I made it home safely to Grand Rapids. I hope I don’t need you anytime soon but if I am remotely near St. Helen and I do, you’ll be my first stop!

Friendly and very helpful.. Saved my butt when I needed a hydraulic hose.. Surprisingly they were able to custom make the hoses I needed for my plow truck..

I came in on Labor Day weekend, Friday, with a belt for a snowblower, to get ready for this winter. There was an "Older guy" (about my age) at the counter, who quickly realized that the belt that I had brought in, wasn't actually the type that Ahould have been on my machine. He knew about "wear marks" on the belt, and stretching. Really good staff in there. The younger guys are listening to their advice, and a new generation of smaller town Auto Parts places are developing. I'd much rather deal in-person with them, than shop on Amazon!Thanks guys!I'll be back!
