“Went to Ace for years, before moving. You go to Menatds, Lowes or Home Depot you get someone that tell you what isle to go to. Home town hardware stores can sell/you exactly what you need or tell you where to go to get it fixed.”
“Been going there for about 30 years. Always great service. And if they don’t have what you need, they will try to get it for you. If not they will offer other options. A lot of places won’t suggest a competitor that can help you.”

“We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there. Hats off to you and everyone at Home Depot# 2717 in Burton, MI.!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!”

Showed me the exact screws and nails I needed.I didn’t need that many, so he allowed me to take just a few out of the box and pay for them at a much lower cost. “Most stuff in here is pretty pricy. However, as far as convenience and not having to trouble yourself with driving 20+ minutes to another town, it's sometimes not worth the drive. Sometimes, along with convenience, I can find really good deals here. The day I shopped, I found a much better deal on paint brushes than I ever would have found at the local Dollar Store. The paint brushes came in a 5 pack of multiple sizes, were a much better quality brush than that of some other stores, they were made of nylon, and cost only around $10 dollars. Sorry about my photo. I shot it this morning after we used 2 of them ?”
