“Just moved to the area. This location was very clean and well stocked. Lots of options, and prices are very reasonable - I often end up saving money by shopping here compared to what I pay for similar items at competitors. Appreciated the store setup, was easy to navigate around even with quite a few guests shopping. Checkout of quick and accurate, normal for Aldi which is always comforting. Remember to bring your own bags or use a box, though they offer quite nice reusable bags. Will shop here more often!”

“This was my first time in this area. I didn't go into the store but this is a great place to stop for gas! Their price per gallon was very reasonable given others in Lapeer and they actually have employees who will pump it for you! That service will be especially wonderful this winter. I will definitely stop here again!”
“I shop at Nerhrings on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. I've been lucky enough to meet the owner and she is Awesome. I go there at least 5 times a week, friendly staff, they have everything you need and it's right down the street.”

This store also has the nicest lady at the counter who not only helped me with items I needed but also was very helpful telling me where other local businesses are located. “It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. “I have never been to Hadley downtown.. I felt so comfortable in this tiny little town! I told the cashier, who is from Lapeer, that this town reminded me of North Branch years ago. The cashier told me that it was smaller than North Branch years ago! It has the Old wooden floors. I so much love little country stores like this! I give them 10 out of 10!!!”
“Probably one of the best/better Dollar Generals in the Flint/Burton area. Its super close to home which makes it easy to do a quick run up for needed supplies or groceries. I've been going here since I was a kid and honestly they've done a lot of remodeling and improvement through the years.
Only complaint is due to remodeling, they often change the placement of certain items which can be a little confusing for recurring shoppers, and staff is a little low meaning you might have to wait a minute or two before checking out somedays, but I feel that could easily be fixed with a bell or alert that someone is up front. Fixing the self checkout would also help out quite a lot.
Otherwise, it's a great store for quick or cheaper shopping!!”
“Love the prices and the fact there are no long lines. The clearance section could use a little work. The managers are well equipped but need to learn more about their tethered system. Moving over to New software made it impossible to use digital coupons with manufacturing coupons. I think they should move their clothes rack back and pull their sunglasses and outdoor stuff upfront instead and the racks outside look horrible clean that up. All above they do a great job!”
“I just want to say when it comes to some quick quality shopping I got to this dollar general the staff is extremely helpful and the manager is the best I come here all the time even if I'm on the other side of town prices are great and the store is clean .....I will be shopping here as long as they are there”

“I made a pre order on the app. There seems to be a serious problem with all these stores because they can't seem to handle internet orders. See my review about the Goodrich Dollar General. I came to this store because of how bad the other stores were. Now, yes, this store had the exact same problem. HOWEVER, they did not have the same manager. This wonderful lady stopped everything, made several calls to complain, then hand picked my order on the spot. OUTSTANDING service, and I will be back. So should you!”
