“I really liked the process at Grand Pointe Automotive. My truck needed a thermostat replaced. Grand Pointe did a full evaluation of everything maintenance/repair wise my truck needed and sent that info in a text message for me to approve or deny the services recommended. It took them about 1 week to complete the repairs. They did provide a loaner vehicle which was really nice! Probably not the cheapest in town, but 900 dollars cheaper than AL Serra GMC on the thermostat alone. I would definitely recommend Grand Pointe to anyone looking for reliable car repair.”

“I always advise my customers to trust professional, experienced contractors when it comes to their homes, so when the Anthem Mobile needed work, I knew I had to put my money where my mouth is, even if it meant paying a little more than i would have if the brother-in-law’s cousin did the job in his driveway. I’d had “mechanics” tell me it needed a new water pump, but when I called Roy he told me he doesn’t just throw parts at a problem, he’ll make sure its properly diagnosed, and he’s as good as his word. Turned out she was leaking coolant through the intake manifold, and two pulleys needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair price, and texted me throughout the day to show progress. I can’t recommend Roy's Complete Repair enough for the honesty, integrity, and attention to detail his shop provides. Whether it’s the wife’s Jeep, my pickup, or one of the company vehicles, I’ll be giving Roy’s my business from here on out.”

“This isn't a very large salvage yard, but I am so, so happy and thankful I found this salvage yard. It wasn't well marked and I was a bit confused where the office was, but it becomes clear once you enter the yard. Some areas are pretty muddy, so be prepared. However, I was able to get around without getting muddy and the yard was in much better condition than other yards I have been in. Bring your own tools and know how to remove what you want from the vehicles in the yard. Unlike some yards, rows are not numbered and as far as I know there isn't a printable list of vehicles and locations in the yard. Pricing is very reasonable. I drove 90 minutes to get there and found two vehicles of my type. While the first didn't have the exact part number I needed, the second one had the right part although it too wasn't a part number match. It was however an interchange part and upon installing the used part in my vehicle it worked. Well worth the 3 hour round trip for the part I needed and for a price that I was happy to pay. The guys here were friendly and communication was good. I will likely be recommending them to many other people and using them again when possible. They are close to my May through October residence and not too far away from my November through April home. I think they have set a new standard in my expectations of salvage yards. Cash only. Pull your own parts with your own tools. Recommended.”

“I went here today expecting to spend a little money on some hardware for my running boards on my truck and when I get there I was greeted by really friendly staff and when I told him what I need he told me hold on a minute and he went in his garage and he come out with the hardware I needed and gave it to me for free very friendly gentleman and a young lady there both of them outstanding people and from what I saw today this will be my new place of business I highly recommend it”

“I came in simply to ask a question about an engine light error code on my vehicle in order for me to schedule accordingly. To my surprise the Team was able to pencil me in the next day which saved me weeks of waiting and worry. This was a huge blessing since I travel half the state for work. Everyone was kind, efficient, respectful, and honest. I had stepped away for about two years. Yet Mr. Trent, Mr. Eric, Mr. John (courtesy ride) all reinstated my faith for this location. It was also good news to hear that Mr. Chris is back. I will be returning. Thank you gentlemen.”
“Had a loud noise under my driver's side front tire. Stopped in to see if it was safe to keep driving. Mike took it out for a test drive right away. He came back, headed into the shop and came out with a wrench. I thought he was going to check behind the tire to see what was going on. He informed me that my tire was so loose it was ready to fall off. Come to find out someone had tried to steal my tires and 3 of the 4 were very loose. I can't tell you how thankful I am to this man. I could have been stranded or hurt if the tire fell off. Once tightened the noise is gone. I gave him $30 for his time. He said $20 was good. Thank you for helping me. I can't thank you enough. You will have my business.”
