Dominic and the Burt Watson crew really goes to lengths to take care of you. They helped make everything as convenient as possible which is huge for me with a schedule that's really tough to work around. I feel confident i got top dollar for my trade-in and Dominic worked to make sure my new truck was just what i wanted. This is my second truck here and won't be the last vehicle I buy from Dominic. Also, the service dept people are straight shooters and treat me well. Happy with this dealership overall!

I had the best experience at Burt Watson Reese! They are so nice and make you feel like family! I dealt with Rodney, I can’t say enough good things. He wasn’t out to just “sell a car”. He worked so hard to make sure myself and my family had something that was going to last and be reliable! He truly made my car buying experience seamless. I signed my paperwork with Donna, she is a sweetheart. Very knowledgeable when talking warranties and GAP insurance. If you’re in the market for a car, go to Burt Watson Reese and ask for Rodney!

We came to actually buy a truck for my husband but came out with a car for me! Our salesman, Dom, was very impressive. He knew his information about all of the vehicles we looked at: a Tahoe, a Silverado, and the Traverse. Usually, I find male salesmen a bit condescending because I’m a woman, but he was very respectful and answered my smart and dumb questions with a respectful tone and attitude. I would recommend him highly. And, not only Dom, but the entire staff at Burt Watson was kind, courteous, and helpful. I will continue to buy vehicles at Burt Watson.

Mike Zettle and Donna Faught worked with me caringly and respectfully through a turbulent process of getting into a used car. I was shown a massive amount of concern and consideration after getting into an accident with the car I was planning to trade in. They are always able to accommodate to my work schedule. They get me in at 4:30, even if it means they have to stay a little late.
As I was leaving, I remembered that the tailgate switch on my truck had failed. I went back in and spoke to the gentleman who had checked me in/out about it. He said that he didn't notice any recalls on my vehicle, but he would research the issue, and even get me a price if it wasn't under warranty! That's how awesome the service was! This is the very reason I go back to Burt Watson!
