I like this particular post office because it is always clean, friendly staff,and always filled with supplies for shipping packages ? out. Also, it is very informative when I'm not sure about something in regards to shipping mail and / or packages out.

Try to call customer service is the worst... Keeps asking for tracking go to enter it and it loses its mind. Try and ask for a human being instead of a brain dead computer and it loops you back to the beginning. God I wish we would abolish the USPS

I tried to call to let them know my street has a bunch of mail currently delivered to the wrong addresses so they could come correct their mistake but the calling service is ridiculous so I am providing the information to them here instead of waiting 15 minutes on hold past the plethora of automated call options.The mail on N Chestnut street has been delivered to the wrong addresses, my neightbors mail was in mine, the stores mail was in his, I either didn't get mail, its missing, or delivered to the wrong property.

My brother and sister in law stayed with me while they were waiting to close on their new house. After they moved they changed their address.....All of the sudden my mail was now going to their house as well.We visited the post office 4 times and it's still not right. My insurance company even called to see if I moved since I have a homeowner policy with them. This is ridiculous. If this is how I fulfilled my job I wouldnt have one.

Most awful post office ever. They are always messing up mail. We have several mail boxes and they mess it up all the time I get neighbors stuff and they get mine. I call and complain nothing gets done. They also packed my mailbox several times so full I had to rip the box it came in to get it out. One was a 75.00 set of head phones that were a gift. So disappointing. They also did that with one of my monthly boxes from pinchme. I also talked to the lady in the actual post office and she is never pleasant. She always looks upset and has this rude tone about her

This post office is the worst always getting someone else's mail. Found a box in the road that wouldn't fit in mailbox that was ran over runs in the driveway so fast blaring her horn then your packages smell like a ash tray from the driver smoking so much . the people in post office are rude . now every thing gets sprayed with some kind of air freshener so you have smoke and damp things that stinkits awfull

Giving them even 1 star is generous. The 3 women they have working there are the rudest, grumpiest b's I've ever seen. If they were to smile their faces would break.

pretty sure my mail should not be left on the ground outside of my garage where it can be blown all over my yard and become soaked by rain.

Went in to the office this morning to try and get my package so I don't have to wait until tomorrow. The lady at the counter was so rude! Telling me everything has been sorted and sent out already. I tried to explain to her that the tracking shows that it's here and not out for delivery. She proceeded to tell me that she not going to look through packages to find mine. Will NEVER have anything sent through USPS again.

They rip up my driveway and drive threw my yard ripping that up too. I dont know how many times I've called and complained about getting everyone around me mail!! Its got to the point where I just go and give it to the correct person. Just makes ya wonder how much of my mail I'm not getting. :/

When I have a signed delivery my mail person just puts a card in the mail without coming to the door first.
