My daughter has raved about the food for a couple years. She brought me some and I have to agree! I live middle eastern food and this is some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We were just in there and oh my gosh it’s always extraordinary. Great people, amazing food, wonderful service! These guys know how to take care of their guests. They’ll give you samples of anything and everything to try before buying. This food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING; the chicken, rice, cucumber salad, and everything else. Highly recommended.

BY FAR the best place to eat in all of Reed City! Not only is the food AMAZING but the family who owns it are the some of the friendliest people I know. I'm from Dearborn where middle eastern food is everywhere. This place tops all of them. If your not sure you'd like it, no worries, they offer samples. If you don't feel daring enough, they have fried chicken that is delicious too! Give them a shot, you won't regret it!

If I could give this place more stars, I would! Everything that I tried was fantastic! Owners are super sweet too! Gyros, rice, soup, hummus, are all extremely good! They also sell some local wines. I'll be back asap! This is the best restaurant that I've found here so far! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a great meal from J & A, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. They were very generous with samples and made sure we understood what we were ordering. Highly recommend this authentic family run business if you’re ever in Reed City.

Great Mediterranean food, Southern fried chicken and hospitality at J&A in Reed City!The flavor and quality are out of this world! Gyros, chicken shawarma, rice pilaf, tabouleh salad, hummus and seasoned pita chips - all tops! Delicious - highly recommended.

I moved to the area 1.5 years ago from Muskegon and stop in every chance I get! I've been all over the U.S. and Europe, numerous large cities with ample food options, so I have a lot to compare this place to. My picky eater, 7 year old son loves it! This food, family, and fellowship deserves to be recognized as the #1 food destination in Reed City and surrounding cities. Truly I say, no other middle eastern cuisine, or food in general, speaks to my soul and lifts my spirit like this place does! The store itself is expanding to a more formal restaurant as well! If you're in the area, even if you're not, make it a point to stop in and show some love. I promise you won't be disappointed! Stay Blessed J&A!! ????

We just found this gem of a grocery today. They are very welcoming and will give you samples before you buy. This is the only place, north of Detroit, that has excellent homemade middle eastern food! We will be back often since there are some foods I haven't been able to master at home.

Owner was very friendly and informative . The hummus had so much flavor, the garlic paste was amazing . We ordered both specials, Chicken shawarma , Chicken rice bowl. We can't wait to go back on our northward travels
