They truly try to find the root cause and they can do a lot of testing in their office which is really nice. The vet techs are also A+ and make blood draws and shots super quick and easy for your dogs!”

They're very supportive and understanding of what may be going on in your lives and they are very calming at all times which helps make situations very comfortable because they handle it so well.

“I drive out of my way to continue to come here after relocating. I have been with Dr. Good since the early 90s and continued after her retirement. After trying different vets closer to where I moved, they just weren't giving my babies the same care as DFPC so I came back "home" where I never doubt they put my pets care first. My cat Alley has an autoimmune disease that only this staff identified correctly and treat accordingly. No one else could figure it out. They took the time to research it and find the best treatment options. I'm forever grateful ❤️”

“I switched to this vet after being quoted for a $4-$5k surgery for a dime sized bump on my 11-year-old cat. The previous vet (that I had been with for 7 years) did not aspirate the bump or even thoroughly pull away his fur to get a good look at it. Dr. Ast was kind, spent sufficient time with me and my pet, and then drained what turned out to be a fluid filled cyst in less than 5 minutes with a needle so fine that aftercare is not needed. $90 later and the bump that stressed me out for a month is no more. While it is likely to return, I will take occasional draining of a small cyst any day over putting my senior cat under anesthesia for a $5k surgery. I should say that I waited longer than expected; however, I know it was due to a very hard appointment for a pet and owner that I walked in with. I will wait anytime knowing that this vet spent time comforting an owner and pet in a very delicate time. Both of my cats will now be coming to this location full time. Highly recommend!”

I arrived and was seen relatively quickly. Aside from some unnecessary charges (treatment for cat leukemia) everything suggested to me was all to help my cat be their most healthy self. “Thank you soo much for seeing my dog right away!! My dog woke up to excruciating pain. The doctor completed X-rays, sedation, steroids and a blood test all within hours of his symptoms. The pride was reasonable as well. I would recommend this place they really care about the animals. The dr explained everything and even showed me his x-rays. My dog is doing 100 percent better!! Thank you for everything!!! .”
