So freaking upset, trying to become a Flight Attendant, all I need is my passport (they holding me up) they called me today for the 2nd time to cancel because of staff shortage. They should take down Sundays schedule off line never have any staff!

Had a scheduled passport appt for our infant. We arrived early and had to wait in the regular line to be told that the passport appt employee was “out” for a few hours, and he wasn’t sure when she would come back. Was afraid this would happen due to the reviews on here, so we picked another location to schedule another appt. (Northville - went well, appt done as scheduled)

Never will come to this post office anymore I paid for a new po box they never explained to me what I'm supposed to do with my old mail it's a process going down town I paid about 60 dollars out of my pocket never received no mail just a post card sating I did a change of address when I went their today the lady said the reason why I didn't get no mail was because of a affidavit I needed to have my mail going to a pobox never once did I get a paper saying I need proof of anything all they did was take my money didn't explain to me any of this very rude staff and they don't know how to do their jobs and Un responsibile !!! Going to a more reliable post office instead of sitting in a hour long line no workers to help anyone's needs !!!

The staff in this office is extremely rude, especially the supervisors! They are rude to the seniors. It is unfortunate that the senior population does not understand technology. To witness the staff be rude to them is heart breaking. My mother has told me several times how rude they have been to her. It will not be another. Keep living you will get there one day.

Love the US postal service..
The stamps are getting ridiculously high. But the morons at McDonald's are getting 15 bucks an hour now. So i guess the stamps should go up along with everything else..

I ordered something from eBay, it took two weeks to make it to Redford from Texas, then after it's out for delivery, it was marked as no such number, like my address doesn't exist even though I get packages multiple times per week usually. Just too lazy to do their job it's easier for them to send it back across the country.

Never have had a bad experience at this branch. Sometimes the line for service is long but moves pretty fast. If you are in a hurry, they have a machine and mail box in the lobby for packages and stamps. Open long hours too.
