I encountered a few obstacles personally and Al was very patient with me and went out his way to help me. I absolutely love my car and the miles are low. Mark and AL worked as a team to assist me the best way possible and I’m very appreciative. The building is nice and clean and all the staff is polite. The weather was wet, snowy and slush by the time I got my keys to leave the building, a young man (Employee) said Ms Jones I don't want you to go out and get wet, let me bring your car in and you can drive out and not get wet.
