I will Never Buy a Car from here and I recommend Y’all go somewhere else if you don’t want to be stressed out or Lied to , Communication Suck , Don’t buy any cars from Ail Ahmad, I got my car from him on 03/16/2024 , I asked him was anything wrong with the car so I can know so I can get it fixed because I know it’s a used car and you have to get things fixed on a used car. He said nothing was wrong , I had my mechanic look at it , I needed a new starter , New thermostat , New radiator and I had a hole at the bottom and I need a New engine that’s cost 3,000

I’ve bought two cars from them. The Cars only last the warranty period, then they give out. The repairs cost more than the cars. They do a good job of covering up the issues with the cars. They prey on you when you’re vulnerable and when you tell them that they sold you a lemon, they just try to sell you another. They’ll even suggest ruining your credit to sell a car to you. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from US Auto Sales!!

They sold me a car with a cracked intake manifold, leaking gaskets, clogged valves, dented rims, and oil was inside the intake as well. They didn’t warn me about any of the damages and did a good job of covering it up. I had got the gold warranty package they provide (the best one you can get) just incase and it didn’t even cover anything lol i would not recommend this place at all and highly suggest going anywhere else.

Bought my 2010 F150 here today. Truck is super nice. Salesman was Lee. Put a deposit down prior to getting financing from my own bank. They over wrote the check by $1000, and he took the cash out of his own pocket and paid it back to me. Very honest guys, 100% recommended

Where do I start? All seems great, but I should've taken the many red flags I had in my gut. They were very nice people (James and Ali), but being nice doesn't amount to anything at the end of the day... Being honest and genuine does. I took the vehicle for a test drive, came back, and told them I heard a siren noise that was unusual and that the rear brakes needed to be done and the tires were terrible after being told the tires were good... Ali called Lee, who told me that the brakes were supposed to get hot. Knowing I might need some brake work and different tires, they assured me it was a great vehicle and even said it didn't need brakes. Drove it off the lot, 5 miles down the road, and it starts smoking. I was happy when Lee did tow it so he could have mechanic check it out, but the conclusion was I hit a mud puddle, which made it smoke out of the hood. Being fully aware, I lived 4 hours away and needed to make the drive home.. Down the road, I feel shaking, so I get out to look at the situation.. 2 different size tires and wires sticking out of the tire (inside) I have many photos. The brakes started making an awful noise (but it's normal, right). The brake was done. I took it into the shop, and 1900$ later, I might have a decent vehicle, but I'm not too sure. I went downstate because prices north are really high, but you live and learn.. Just what I've done. I will never go back to that area for anything. Lee asked for a review before I even drove off in the car.. Come on now.. Some of us aren't as stupid as the next. I'm glad I waited because this has been the absolute worst buying experience, and I've purchased a lot of vehicles. The lot is crammed full of cars, and they don't even have room for customers to park comfortably. I'm not too sure why the city allows such a thing, but then again... I see why. I didn't even need their credit, I was pre-approved.. So even more irritating. I definitely don't recommend this place.
They obviously don't care about people's safety. Lee told me he believes in KARma and being able to sleep at night. Nice BS.. So maybe KARMA will get him. I know he sleeps just fine, no matter who he screws over. I waited to post this and guess what?! That siren noise is a turbo!! So another 1000$.

MINOR ISSUES , HA I bought a 2013 Jeep , after 3 days I hear squeaky brake noises , then it started leaking oil and coolant fluids then the cabin lights were going on and off the headlight went out due to faulty old tapped up wiring The power locks and windows stopped working on 1st day but back on the second day and off the 3 rd day ,, when we got it home to our LICENSED mechanic he said we’re lucky to have made it safe with RUSTy falling apart ROTARS and NO brakes left!! The rotars actually crumbled with rust when he replaced them !! The radiator was shot , the thermostat wasn’t working the fan was running hard to cool down, I had to replace the water pump gasket, a thermostat housing gasket, 6 spark plugs , 2 INT and 2 EXT cam phasers, a transmission oil seal , 24 lifters , 24 rocker arms, 2 rear 4wd axel seals right and left because it was leaking brake fluid, a drive belt because it was split ! I’m posting pictures and I want everyone to really take a look at these cars , jeeps and trucks this place is selling ,,,before you BUY get a mechanic involved ASAP!, it will save you from a terrible experience in the end.

I was looking for an ford diesel truck (6.7 Power stroke), Lee did a virtual ride (I live in NY and the truck was in MI) along with videos showing the quality and performance of the truck. Lee handled all of the paper and was able to get the truck delivered to my door. Post sale support was great.....the truck needed the batteries and belt replaced and Lee split the cost of the repairs. Great Service!
