Service sucked. My phone was totally destroyed. Service couldn't help. Brought an new phone and I'm still in a blur. I will visit another location and maybe they will be an more bit helpful.

For days I had tried to switch my service from prepaid to postpaid. Caleb not only helped me switch my acccout he also told me about T-Mobile for business which is why I now have a T-Mobile business account along with my boyfriend.

Caleb and only Caleb made my experience as a new customer the best experience and nothing less. Coming to the location was the best decision. Caleb made me feel comfortable while also making sure the other customers were comfortable. The music selection i must say was quite exceptional. The customer service was even better. I expressed how much i wanted my bill and Caleb did his best to meet the goal while also selling me all the extra accessories i desired. I remember visiting the same store and the experience was the opposite. I came in the store expecting the same but i met Caleb and he made the experience all worth it, and i also told my family and friends to visit this location and ask for Caleb.

Customer service gave me the absolute hardest time with my pivot from sprint over to the T-Mobile side . When I came in store Caleb did everything in his power to make this switch an ease and assured me everything would be fine .

I came in to get new SIM cards. The Manger Caleb was very helpful and talked me and my daughter into upgrading our phones and even was able to get a promotion for $800 off…. We will tell our friends to go see Caleb!!!

In fear of losing videos of my dead lover, I brought my phone in to ask questions about files and saving space on my iPhone that I figure any tech person should know, but the man at Mobile today 11/16/2021 didn’t seem to know or unwilling to help. He was so rude. I’m a bit precious about losing this phone and having others handle it and he didn’t handle mine properly and got upset when I told him. He went through closing programs on stuff I hadn’t saved yet. This could have had potential impact on my work. He didn’t care and was rude about it, especially regarding my general uneasiness with him handling my phone recklessly. I know he’s gotta touch it but tell me before you close MY WORK and handle the last photos of a loved one . . . A little respect with the electronics and customer?I pay 150 dollars a month and expect better service than this. I have
