Called prior to towing my jeep there. Was told they were running a week behind. This was 12/22. Towed my jeep there. Heard nothing for weeks. About 2 weeks in I started calling almost daily. Kept getting told that it hadn’t been looked at yet and that it would be the next day. I was told this over and over. I might add that I live 3 hours from this dealership. Finally, I called and told them that if they weren’t going to be able to look at my jeep they were going to have to flat bed it to my dealership by my house. Mind you, I was not given a rental car during this time. So finally they took a look 2 days later and found that it was the fuel pump. They ordered one that Friday. Came in the next week. I called on that Tuesday and the guy who answered the phone told me that Audrey couldn’t come to the phone but that she said they were working on my jeep right now and it would be done that day. However I found that to be false a couple days later when I received a text on Thursday that said my jeep is now completed and ready for pickup. That was on 1/18. My jeep was there just a few days shy of a month for a fuel pump. And we had called prior and were told they were only a week behind. At one point I had asked them about that and they said they were running more like a week and a half behind because of the holidays and people being out sick.When I picked my car up, I spent notice it at first but when I stopped to get gas I noticed all the black marks on the ceiling just as I’m getting in the passengers door. They hadn’t been there before.I’m completely unsatisfied with the dealership. Took a month. Left marks on my ceiling. Poor communication and for that matter they were not communicating honestly.My warranty paid for the majority of the repair but I felt like they should have covered the balance, gave me a rental car, both or done something to compensate me. This was a huge inconvenience. It is something that could have been done in a couple days but it took nearly a month and I am just coming off of hip surgery and I had to walk to a bus stop in rigid temps to take a bus to and from work everyday. This is unacceptable. If ever something happens to me in Detroit again, y’all will be directly transporting my jeep to my dealership.The jeep didn’t get a vacuum, a bath or anything. But you left behind marks on my ceiling.

Hello everyone I had a great experience at Snethkamp Chrysler Dealership on Plymouth & Telegraph. I went in recently for a simple oil change every one was so friendly felt like family. The weather was wet, snowy and slush by the time I got my keys to leave the building, a young man (Employee) said Ms Jones I don't want you to go out and get wet, let me bring your car in and you can drive out and not get wet. How Thoughtful. My service time was short & I left Happy and satisfied.Be Safe & Be Happy ??

If you need service, you’re better off going on Google and learning how to fix your car yourself. You’d think a dealership with “professionals” know how to do their job. My car has been at the shop for almost 100 days. They won’t communicate with you If you don’t call first. Don’t bother!!!

I am police officer and military man currently deployed now. At the beginning of the year I was looking for a good solid truck to buy. I came up to this dealership and was swindled. I bought a good looking used Dodge Ram lemon. I was explained to before buying that all checks and inspections had been done to the vehicle, everything checked out perfect. I was even showed paperwork at the time to make me believe so. I literally drove the vehicle for two weeks and was having acceleration problems and engine problems. I took back the vehicle to the dealership and explained and they tried to fix everything except the problems. I have been gone for military duty since more than half the year and my vehicle has been in shop. I had a family member transport my vehicle to the Northland Chrysler Dodge location just to find out that I was sold a vehicle with bad engine and head gaskets. Eventually the truck started running hot. I charged $1700 for the breakdown of the engine, just to find out that my warranty will not cover my truck being fixed. I have to pay another $1700 to put the engine back together or pay the difference to get the truck fixed. This could cost up to $5000+. This dealership is bad, I would not recommend any purchases a vehicle from here. The fact that it is a well known replica dealership and the device and salesman are like this is disgusting. This is the first vehicle that I have ever purchased only to be dealt with and lied like this.

Rick, Service Advisor, was a great resource throughout this visit. He kept me abreast of the process; advised me regarding my options; and rendered tremendous customer service during my visit. For the record, all the service Advisors that I have encountered at the dealership have been AWESOME!

The Snethkamp Dealership has been wonderful to both my husband and myself. We have had repairs done on both of our vehicles, and are very satisfied with their professionalism and prompt service. It is our go to place, and highly recommend them. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and my husband's van. They have some very good mechanics here at this dealership, and also service advisors. We have been dealing with Chris. He is top notch, and always keeps us informed with what has to be done, and when the vehicle will be ready, which is always on time.

I brought my vehicle in for a vibration in the steering column - twice. The second visit costs over $4,000 and the vibration was still there. Here's where I put in a plug for the value of an extended warranty! The work done was necessary or it would not have been approved by the warranty company, it just didn't correct the problem. ? The mechanic working on it had an idea, switch out all 4 tires and see if anything changed.... according to him (I never drove it with the new tires) that was the issue. My brand new tires from Sam's Club were defective, they were "outer-circular" aka not round. My service advisor, Audrey was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Since purchasing my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in 2020, this is the only place I trust to work on it. Keep up the good work!

You had my car for eight weeks because of an engine failure. It cost us $3000 in car rentals. Chris could’ve told us that there was a discount with hertz but he never did until we complained. Chris made numerous mistakes that added to the weeks our car was there. After sitting next to the dumpster for eight weeks, Chris actually told me that my car stunk like dog and I should take it home and clean it!!! I will never bring my car back to snethkamp!

0/5 stars. worst car buying experience EVER.it is ILLEGAL for dealerships to sell a car with an open recall, especially a fuel pump relay, which directly affects safety. the excuse that older/high mileage cars don't get time or money put into them on their Used Car lot, is unacceptable.they sold me a car with a recall, a crankshaft pulley wobbling around and hitting the serpentine belt too, chips in the windshield and a brake light full of water. I saw the brake light and it wasn't a deal breaker but add it to what I didn't see and it's too much. Who approved that car to be sold like it was a safe, inspected, reasonably good shape used car??calls to this dealership and it's managers go unanswered, sent to full voicemails, or ignored. I drove my UNSAFE car to them to get it all fixed and they refused. was told I could back out of the deal or maybe when their backed up service dept got around to it they could look and order parts at MY expense. oh and my salesperson screaming was a highlight.WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.Thankfully Golling in Roseville jumped in to help me get safe again.

I can not say enough about the absolutely Outstanding customer service I received at Snethkamp in Redford. Rick and his crew in the Service department are top notch in professionalism, customer interaction and overall great service. The labor quote I received was by far the most reasonable I received out of 6 different dealerships I called. Dropped my car off at appointment time, work was completed swiftly, I was kept in the loop and informed when it was ready. Car was clean when I picked it up and just as it was when I dropped it off. Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced here, these guys are Legit! I definitely know where to go if I ever again need service again! Thanks again to Rick and his guys! :-)

Came in for an oil change and take care of a recall and airbag. I was told it will take 1-2 hours. I was there for almost 4 hours. The rep went home the mechanic went home and my car was sitting there with only an oil change done. If I didn’t get up and ask a random worker if my car was done I would have been waiting even longer. Disappointed with the way I was treated. Didn’t even get a call from Chris to explain what happened.
