I made an appointment because I was told that with an appointment my car would be looked at that day. When I dropped my car off I was told that it would be 3 to 5 days before my car was looked at. I cancelled my appointment and left with my car. The dealership was the fourth one I called and the first that told me that with an appointment my car would be looked at that day. So disappointing. I actually was asked if I had the right dealership. UGH
