My mom purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from here a year ago and she has spent more money fixing this car than she actually paid for it. They sold her a warranty but it covers nothing. It was a total ripoff

Wish my experience here the second time was better unfortunately it was not .
So no you gave me 2012 Audi q5 that burns oil . Every week I had to put a quart of oil and I don’t drive far only local ! I went to multiple mechanic shops and each one said it needs a new engine IT IS GONE! Per the oil burning . I had been stuck with it going and forth from shop to shop trying to find a solution , you were more interested in getting me in another car another loan instead of buying that back after I told you what multiple mechanics had said . Plus I paid 1300 for warranty which you said was” the best”I traded you a 2014 Cadillac ATS a running beautiful car had no issues I just needed to get rid of it because it was a car, I needed a truck instead . It was already an existent loan. You were about to have me stuck with 2 car notes ! It wasn’t just the loan issue getting me credit acceptance at 30% the owner even said he wouldn’t have put me on it if he was there . It was everything that had to do with that truck! Oh and I sold the truck Thank you!i wish you the best of luck with you’re business!

This dealership dealt with me fairly, proffesionaly, and with great helpfulness. There were issues with a truck they sold me, and they got it resolved 100%, and then went above and beyond and offered to help find another truck. They literally took the weight of the world off my shoulders, by helping me. The owner is good man, and I won't ever forget his kindness. ?? The salesmen are very helpful and communicate ? percent. Hardworking people here, A+ dealership

10/10 i bought my work van from here 2 months ago.. its running great they gave me a 1 year warranty on it. The monthly payments aren't bad compared to other quotes I got before. Definitely give them a try. Will update

I purchased a vehicle from this place. It lasted a month then the engine went out. I was given another vehicle, it lasted a month then the transmission went out. I was told that I had a 90 day warranty. When I talked to Billy the owner he said that they only give out 30 day warranties. His salesmen are liars. He wouldn't honor my warranty that they told me they had given me. They are con artist and liars. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here especially if you're a woman. They're going to sell you lemon and brush you off and weap the benefits of your hard earned money. I'm currently putting in a complaint with the BBB and consulting with my lawyer, because they are con artist and thieves.

I had it set up to get a 2005 mustang GT when I got off work and they sold from under me thanks good dealership NOT... And To your reply, I told the salesman I would do whatever I had to do to lock it in and he Told me that he would pull it and get it detailed and ready So that's it for I offered to put a deposit down.

Just wanna let everyone know, Billy auto sales This is my second time getting wonderful service quality service. Great service you have to come down here on Plymouth Rd., In Redford this is my second vehicle. I bought them Mercedes-Benz from these guys a few years ago. The service was wonderful and has gotten better purchase a new BMW and it’s a wonderful car ride like an airplane. I’m so grateful and thankful for these guys to give you good service wonderful service. Just wanted to let everybody know excellent service.
