SCAMMER
Ebay order number: 231311541072
I paid $1,250 for an international oil pump, but the seller sent me a completely different part. I returned the part to them, but they never issued a refund.

I recently ordered an OEM replacement radio for my 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, in February of 2025. The radio I received from SAE was brand new, and better than what was described online. The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new. Their price was about 50% less than most used radios I found in my searches. Great experience- thank you SAE.

SCAM SELLER WARNING
Sold me a new genuine OEM part via eBay, sent a used broken part and are now uncontactable - none of the listed numbers for them work.
EDIT: I ATTEMPTED TO CALL FROM MULTIPLE CARRIERS. One number immediately fails, the other goes directly to a full voicemail box that isn't accepting messages.

Rip off! Ordered a part that they had listed on their website. Got confirmation email. A few weeks later and they wouldn't respond to emails, and phone number didn't work. After trying to contact I see they took item off site. They could have said sorry we don't have them anymore and refunded and I wouId have been fine with it, instead I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.... stay away from this place!

For delivery west onto Capitol and first right onto Woodbine. They unload on the street, no docks. And they do it fast in 30 minutes. There may be overnight possible, not sure though. Huge parking at the end of street on left side. Call and ask. They are super nice people and very trucker friendly!!

This is the great source for everything you need for your autoparts fix. If they don't have it, then you don't need it!

Recently i purchased a wheel bearing with a part number 513229, part number 513299 ( one number off) was shipped by mistake.. accidents happen.. the really nice thing that happened was that when i called about it, he shipped the right part with a return sticker for the wrong part to be shipped back. I got it in 2 days.... no hassle, no grief. I made a call , spoke to a very easy to talk to man, got the right part shipped, plus i the wheel bearing at a great price. Better than any other source i could find, and less than half the cost of the local auto parts store . I have nothing but good things to say about sae auto parts

We purchased a MOOG wheel bearing hub assembly from this company which has a 3 year manufacturer's refund. We purchased MOOG because we thought it was the best bearing, best warranty out there. The bearing failed with less than 5000 miles on it and about 10 months use. This company has refused to honor the manufacturer's warranty stating that they do not warranty items that have been used. I am currently dealing with the manufacture about their lack of standing behind a product. The manufacturer's warranty would cost the retailer nothing except postage. Shame on them. Buy at your own risk. We ended up buying another more expensive bearing, not a MOOG, from a different company.

SAE-Parts Terrible seller. Do not buy here. They are not concerned about the quality of the item you are purchasing, nor providing warranty. They purchase their parts from other wholesalers across the country and will not provide you warranty. Regardless of what is ''verbally said''. Do not be fooled.
