10/10 extremely happy. A Lexus LS 460 and I took it in for a suspension swap and some motor work. Everybody was incredibly helpful and Courteous, I was updated every step of the way I was never on the loop. I never felt stressed leaving my car not even worked with me when I was running late to pick it up. I can’t recommend the shop Highly enough huge thanks to Al and all the guys over there that got the car turned around exceptionally quick and even left the car cleaner when I dropped it off

So I dealt with Al. He heard me out, got to the root of the problem & fixed my vehicle within a timely manner. Very professional & prompt! Highly recommend to anybody looking for same day turn around & quality work! Pulled my vehicle in within 5 mins from dropping it off. 5 stars!!!!!

My experience was great. I went in for a recharge. I was previously quoted an amount over the phone and that was the exact price I ended up paying. The manager was very willing to work with customers regarding pricing abd I can tell that he makes sure everything is done to get you back on the road. I will definitely be taking my truck back

I’ve taken my truck here several times, and yes they do a very good job. I didn’t have all the money upfront, however they have programs that will help. I would recommend Redford Auto Repair for your car’s care. Also, I’ve never taken my truck back for the same issue. That’s a bonus in my book.
