I expected a Village Ford experience. Instead, I was treated with kindness and respect and bonus, I received my car back in 2 days (instead of the 2 weeks or more that I was accustomed to) and it was washed and clean. Lastly, all of the employees were happy. I will never go anywhere else. What a great experience.

Im not sure how a service department can always mess something up or only half fix something?
My service writer Juliet is awesome and cares about you and your service experience but can not say the same for techs and management.
I placed a call to the service department after picking up my vehicle and was forwarded to a manager’s voicemail to Explain the issues and yet almost a week later no call or response.
After having a bad experience/problems and sending pictures to them they should respond in a timely manner especially after getting glue on body panels. I was always taught to treat / return others in better condition the it was given to you.
Now I will have to be inconvenienced and have to make another appointment for the service to to completed I hope.
I will be reaching out to Ford motor company and making an official complaint because this is not the first time I’ve had this experience since buying my vehicle at pat Milliken Ford.

Everytime I take my vehicle here it takes an extremly long time to get an oil change. Even though I have an appoinment. The last 2 times I have been serviced the interior of my vehicle is really dusty and greasy marks are left on the bottom of the drivers door that I cant get off. I also noticed new scratches on my rims that I never saw before after my new tire was put on (which was an all day process). I cant fully prove that I got the scratches from there since I didnt notice it until a few days after when I was cleaning the truck. I wouldnt be suprised if it came from there though considering all the other lack of care. Even the car wash at the end on one visit they left me with dried soap all over it. The vehicle was just cleaned prior to coming there and then I had to pay to clean it again because of the job you all did.

Pat Milliken is a great dealership and Joe Linting made the buying process smooth and easy w the purchase of my 2024 explorer ST. Joe is even doing some post sale work for me regarding Ford performance driving school. I didn't even know that was a thing! I definitely recommend Joe at Pat Milliken Ford.

While my car was down for warrantee work, it was 5 star services from the beginning. Communication was great, very knowledgable employees. Top notch. When in doubt, get the warrantee.
