Stopped in to utilize shared branching feature and read a few of the reviews before entering. It did take me an extra moment to locate the building because I didn't see a sign but once I reached the teller it was an easier and better experience than I had at a credit union in Livonia.It was quick, easy and the staff was really helpful.

I have been a member for over five years. Never had a problem up until this point. Recently, I decided to get a debit card, and I’m already having issues. I can go to an ATM and take money off my card but I can’t use my card to make purchases. I will be closing out my account soon and going to a different credit union. I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to anyone.

Every time a little bad weather comes through all the online banking is down. For DAYS! Can’t access the website or the app. It’s been 5 days since we had a storm and the web and app are still down.

My dad has been banking here for a long time. Every time something is needed the staff is very responsive and helpful. Margie helped me out this week and was very prompt. She even went out of her way to talk about things other than banking! It was very nice. She was great to work with.

Absolute trash. Any time THEY have a technical issue, or a power outage, you CANNOT access your money. Im constantly in the building behind at least 6 patrons with one teller at almost all times it seems. I have been embarrassed at the checkout of a retail store TOO MANY TIMES because my card will not work due to some technical problems on their end. Nothing more humiliating than having to surrender a cart full of groceries because PARKWAY cant keep it together. Do not bank here unless you like being denied your money at least 6 times a year!!

Parkway is not a credit union you want to join. I have been a member over 20yrs and I must say thats 20yrs to long. They don't have handicap accessibility at there one and only location. There online service sucks. It goes down when there is bad weather. Due to a situation that I have with them there thieves as well in my book. Take your money somewhere else..Lawyer has been contacted!!!

DO NOT BANK HERE! If the power is out or the internet is down, say good by to your funds until resolved. No way to access them. Nice to go grocery shopping and grab everything we needed for Easter and was denied everything. Great work guys, thanku. This place is a joke.

I had a mutual client try getting bank statements from this place so she could qualify for an auto-loan, the staff member we spoke with was extremely rude and almost seemed as if she was bothered by the fact that she had to do her job and did not help at all whatsoever, I would not recommend this institution to my worst enemy, stay away.

This credit union invited me to an open interview event awhile back and I was told they were doing them from 5pm to 8pm. I walked in at 5:30 and an older gentleman who I believe was the manager told me that because I didn't get there right at 5pm that they wouldn't be interviewing me. When I explained to him that his institution had invited me and I was told 5pm to 8pm he tried to tell me that open interviews doesn't mean you can walk in whenever you want and then tried to hand me an application. I handed it back and walked out. Clearly this place has poor organization, communication, and leadership. Not an environment any sane person would want to work in.

Every time they lose power we can’t use our card at all to get money out or use it as a debit. This is insane. We have been out of town a few times and would’ve been stuck if it weren’t for having another card. We will transferring to a different bank after 30 years here.

Rudest service I’ve had. I’ve been with this. Credit Union for over 20 years and they treat you like garbage. They are completely careless in regards to customer care, or upgrading their services. While serving in the military overseas, their manager was completely rude when inquiring about my account and with helping to gain access to it. It’s as if they’re comfortable with treating people this way because of no repercussions for their actions. Do not go to this credit union.
