This Snipes is The Worst!I used my card to Purchase my Gym shoes only to Realize when i got Home i was Double charged for my shoes!I went right Back and was Told it was my Bank that has to cover the overcharge and come back in a week and They will see what they can do.This was the first week in march and Here it is the First week in April and i Have not Got a refund!Management is Not professional AT ALL!I won’t be going Back to this Store!

Someone stole my card and took it here and got my account to exactly $0.00 somehow and I called another location who gave me the number for the redford location knowing they could help and when I called they said there was nothing that could possibly be done.

Customer service is subpar at worst to average best. That however, should be expected. The parking situation is not ideal but the store is huge and selection was great. The pricing wasn't bad either all things considered; I only checked shoe prices as FYI. Better parking &/or customer service would easily make this a 4 star rating.
