“From start to finish, the entire Corrigan moving team was beyond exceptional. Chuck came and gave us the quote. He was polite and speedy. Then we continued with Bernice who was our move coordinator. She has been amazing. Always timely when responding to our questions. Then the 2 men who came and packed up our belongings were clean, efficient, polite, and speedy. Moving day was amazing. “The North American Van Lines employees in Farmington Hills were very professional and responded promptly to my calls and messages with information I sought. The delicate items were excellently packed by a specialized subcontractor and the general item boxes were also packed well. My only complaint is with the subcontractor who actually moved my items in his truck. Many of my antique furniture items were scratched and dented because they likely moved and jostled during the trip. The driver was experienced and friendly and had wrapped furniture in cloths and wraps which he graciously left with me. I was sad upon later unwrapping and examining furniture to find small damage where things had rubbed together. My rating would be a solid five stars but for the damage on sentimental antique family furniture and other antiques.”
