Great selection of high quality products with a knowledgeable staff that gave excellent service. Cortez was very patient with me getting multiple sizes of several different styles for me to try one.I also listened as he discussed options with other customers while I was browsing and he knows the products very well and was able to make suggestions based on the customer's preference to color, style, etc.I was in town for a conference and my company needed me to stay an extra day to visit a couple of suppliers. That meant going to buy safety shoes since I had not packed any. This was the closest location to my hotel and after my experience there, I am so glad it was!

I was told by a worker that they would not return shoes after 2 weeks.I wore them in the house to make sure I wanted them.I went to the Toledo store and told it wasn’t true.Linda was helpful. Im sad to hear she is leaving but I understand why since they lie to the customers. I will never shop at Michigan shoe ever again. Less than one star.

Walked in today to pick up safety toe shoes for work. Edwin helped me out and gave some good information on sizing nuances as well as suggestions for business casual options. Ended up getting some Timberland Pros and a pair of Florsheims. He was super helpful and made the process quick and easy. Thanks, Edwin!!!

Had been coming here on and off for almost 13 years when I was working in a factory. Sometimes buying from a shoe truck and Sometimes at the store. Always had a good experience with both. Always helpful staff who asked pertinent questions about what you needed or were looking for. Not this past Saturday. Walked in with my son to buy him work shoes. Got a pleasant "hello" from 1 of 2 staff but after that it was like shopping in a morgue. No "how can I help you" or " what are you looking for". Fortunately my son exhibited unusual patience and asked to try on about 4 pairs of shoes with very little assistance other than one of the associates going into the back. Really would have been more professional to have some help with which styles are good for what working conditions. Ended up finding a pair he liked mostly due to the large selection they carry. Yes we made a purchase but I will think twice before going back. Redwing Shoes might be the new stop.

First thing I said was I needed wide width problems with my feet, found a pair I liked tried them on and asked for half size bigger, when I got home realize not wide, I know Ishould have checked my self, when I returned and said I wanted wide was told they don't come in wide what that's what I asked for, all this with her talking with food in her mouth,will not be going back
